Located on Town Cove, views of the water, boats, and clammers will surely delight. In the evening, the calm waters will relax the senses. This home can be enjoyed year round. Whether you come for a Spring golf getaway, all things Summer, Halloween Stroll in the Fall, or the twinkling holiday lights and events, this home is ready for all to enjoy.

There is plenty of room for your family and friends with sleeping arrangements for 11, and the home has room to host 14.

Perhaps a day on the water is the plan. Have a boat? Bring it along. The town boat ramp, with open water access, is just around the corner and across the cove from the house. Please check with the town of Orleans for any rules around using the public ramp and boating in the cove.

From the upper floor at the back of the house, the amazing view from the primary suite awaits. This suite offers a king bedroom and full bath with double sinks and walk-in shower. The attached large sitting room is the perfect spot with a writing desk, comfy curl up and read a book chairs, and daybed with trundle offering additional space to accommodate your needs.

In the great room, the floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace will enchant if a little warmth is needed on those cool Cape evenings. Curl up on the couch, play games at the game table, gather together and watch a movie, everyone will be cozy!

Stroll from the great room to the large kitchen equipped to serve all of your cooking and entertaining needs. From the marble counter tops to the upgraded appliances, this kitchen will surely please the most discerning chef in your party.

From the kitchen, take a step back in time into the restored antique wing of the house. On the first floor, a dining room awaits a dinner party, the front room awaits a good book, and the second primary suite awaits its next guest.

The charm of the home continues as you make your way upstairs to 3 additional bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. These bedrooms are a great space for the kids or the kids at heart. All of the bedrooms have walk-in closets, plenty of room to store away luggage as you settle in for your vacation.

When you are ready to head outside, the decks, hang out spaces, and large yard will be waiting. Perhaps a spin around the Cove with the kayak is on tap. When the sun sets, time to fire up the grill, and then prep for smores by the fire pit.

Heading to the beach, grab the buckets and shovels as you decide which way to go. Bay beaches and the gem of Cape Cod, Nauset Beach, are a bike ride away. The home is stocked with your beach needs, come and enjoy. When your beach day is done, enjoy the outdoor shower with drink holder ready and waiting!
