This 2 bedroom/1 bath home features an open kitchen/living room and den/TV room leading to the deck and back yard. The bedrooms are furnished with 2 twins and one double. Spacious grassy back yard has a large deck, outside shower and gas grill. Well behaved dogs are accepted with homeowner approval, but no cats. Washer and dryer are in the basement accessed from outside only.

Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rate: $1900 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee (non-refundable) * Choice of $55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee (non-refundable) OR $1000 Security Deposit (refundable).
