This 3,590 square foot home, with central AC, has 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths for your group of 10 to make lasting memories.

The main level is an open concept, beach-inspired living and entertaining space with the kitchen flowing in to the dining room and living room. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with a service sink and plenty of counter space. A classic wet bar wall is ready to assist in evening of relaxation on one of the decks or conversation indoors. A cozy TV room is right off the living room for the game to be on or the kids to watch their favorite program. There is also an airy powder Room between the TV room and living room.

The Master Bedroom is on the main level and privately located off the living room. It features an en suite full bathroom and it’s own sliders out to the deck for a private morning coffee or a refershing outdoor shower. A corner desk allows for the many of us who need a little office check-in on vacation.

3 more bedrooms are found up the front hallway staircase and each featuring beautiful views overlooking Mill Pond, Nauset Harbor and out to Nauset Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. A 4 bedded bunk room is a flexible space and the other 2 bedrooms are open, airy and feature queen beds.

The walk-out ground level is an open entertainment space designed for all ages. It features a board game area, a pool table, a cozy TV viewing area, a host of toys and even a large Lego table (for young and old). Whether in the evening or to pass the time on a rainy afternoon, this additional space can bring your group together or provide space to let everyone chill out as they want.

Perhaps one of the most unique features of “One Particular Harbor” is how connected to Cape Cod’s beautiful setting you will feel. On ethe main deck, the screened porch is an amazing space to take in the views morning, noon, and night. The sun ruses and moonrises can be amazing! There is plenty of dining space to have a dinner of lobster, steamers and steaks! Don’t miss the new, large outdoor shower to bask in the warm sun and sky above while starting or ending the day.

The lower deck provides a quiet getaway for sunbathing, reading or even a quick nap with the breeze blowing past you!

The grounds of the home are professionally landscaped and gardened with regional flora. Next to the property is the association staircase down to Mill Pond and the community dock. As our guest, you are welcome to swim in the warm pond waters, bring or rent a kayak or paddle board to take to the waterways, and walk the shoreline. Orleans features many ways to go shellfishing or fishing and even take to professional excursions on the water. The association also features a common tennis court, so don’t forget your rackets!

Nestled in one of the many residential areas of popular East Orleans, you are are close to quaint shops, dining, ice cream, and our very own Nauset Farms Market. Nauset Beach is 1.7 miles down Beach Road.

This home is an amazing gather place – we enjoy the home ourselves throughout the year. Because of the commitment to the peace and privacy of the homeowners association, large parties such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and showers that involve invitations beyond the house occupancy are prohibited. No more than 5 vehicles on property at any time. Consideration of small cocktail parties/gathering dinners is permitted with owner approval.

In respect of the neighbors, noise after 10:00pm should be kept to a minimum.
