Our relaxing home is on a private dead-end road and is very quiet. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, ceiling fans, deck and patio area, outdoor dining table plus an additional picnic table, propane firepit, Adirondack chairs, gas grill, outdoor shower, private yard and parking for 2 to 3 cars.

The home is 2.5 miles from Nauset Beach on the ocean side of the Cape . Nauset is a beautiful beach with big waves and a chance to catch a glimpse of seals swimming by. Skaket Beach, on the bayside , is 3.5 miles away. This beach is perfect for little ones and to see stunning sunsets.

The first floor has one bedroom with a king size bed. There is a full bath on the first floor, kitchen, seating area and family room. The second floor has a loft space, with a queen and twin bed and a second-floor private bedroom with a queen bed a en-suite bathroom.

The house has a spiral staircase to the second floor so it’s not necessarily great for small children. There is one step down to the family room from the main house. A sliding glass door opens out to the deck with dining table and umbrella . The deck leads to a patio area with seating, fire pit and picnic table. The interior of the house has two fireplaces but they are non functional.

The house is a quick drive to Orleans center, grocery stores, ice cream, mini golf, and several great restaurants. You can pick up the Cape Cod Rail Trail in Orleans at Orleans cycle where you can also rent bikes to spend the day exploring many towns along the way.

Orleans is central to anywhere you might want to be on Cape Cod, whether on upper Cape, mid Cape, lower Cape or outer Cape. read more show less
