The first home, Beachcomber Cottage is 6 bedroom; and the second home, Nauset Cottage is 5 bedroom. Total of over 6,600 sq ft of living space, 11 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms.

Both homes have finished basements, outdoor showers, and multiple decks overlooking matured landscaping.

Only .1 mile to the Town Landing at Meetinghouse Pond, 1.3 miles to the Village of East Orleans, and less than 2 miles to spectacular Nauset Beach. Bring your boat and launch it in Meetinghouse Pond to visit Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket for the day.

A new heated pool, patio, and outdoor kitchen are completed and ready for the season.

    Annual Family Vacation

    This property with both houses and the pool/beach volleyball in the middle was perfect accommodations for our family of 20 people. Great outdoor grilling and area to eat for that many people, evenings were challenging with the mosquitos also wanting to eat. More importantly, Brianna was exceptionally helpful from the beginning with so many recommendations and information for activities and accommodating special requests we had at the homes through the whole stay. Thank you so much for the great place, was not disappointed and we highly recommend this location but any home with Brianna as the owner. show more show less

    Big Group Great Space

    We had so much fun-and played a lot of pool and volleyball games-
    the outdoor space made it great considering we are usually ocean front renters.
    Landlord super nice as well and responsive to all our needs.
    Bedrooms were private (2 inlaw) which we also loved. Close to Nauset Beach and good restaurants and grocery

    Great location and neighborhood, close to Nauset Beach. This home was perfect for our group of 20. The apartments were ideal for the grandparents who wanted to have some added distance from the group at times. The restaurants were a short walking distance away. I look forward to the new pool and outdoor kitchen for next time. I also may bring our boat. It can be hard to find parking for your trailer at Meetinghouse Pond but this property is so close I can park it at the home and walk back to the landing.
    The owners were also great. They live locally and were always available to answer questions.     show more show less
