At the opposite end of the house is the separate ''Captain's Quarters'' - a large room accessed via a circular staircase or by a separate exterior staircase with a full bed, 2 twin beds, large TV, and a private bath with shower. An airy screened porch offers comfy seating, views of the private yard, and blue stone patio. Multiple flat-screen TVs for viewer's choice!

Handicap-accessible with ramp into the house from the 2-car garage.

All located in a very desirable spot with neighborhood access to the river for kayaking (0.3 mile), nearby Meetinghouse Pond (0.5 mile) and gorgeous Nauset Beach on The Atlantic (2.5 miles).

    We so enjoyed our stay at your house. It's a perfect house for me and my 2 adult children and their partners, space for everyone and loved the screened in porch!
    The house was the cleanest rental I have encountered in my history of renting these last 10 years. The owners have tried to think of everything their guests might need.
