Orleans Vacation Rental - ID 35270

We have been coming to the Cape for over 30 years and usually rent motel rooms. We decided to try a house this year and so glad we did! The house was spacious, very clean, and conveniently located. The kitchen left nothing to want for. It was stocked with everything you can imagine needing. Appliances were top notch. The upstairs deck was amazing for stargazing! Jamie and Andrea were there if we needed anything. We would highly recommend!

Beautifully furnished and maintained, our week was great from beginning to end. Very impressed with the kitchen and could cook or grill with all the right tools and cookware. The house was spotless and inviting. The master bedroom was filled with sunshine and, yes, the bed was as comfortable (maybe even more so) than our own!! Location is perfect for Nauset Beach and accessing the many trails in Orleans for hiking and biking. Thank you Jamie and Andrea for providing this wonderful home to us. The house was great. It was really really clean and well equipped.
The location is convenient. It is close to the beaches and shopping and restaurants.
We loved the jacuzzi and the screened porch.
We will definitely be back!

My family and I don't have enough kind words to say about this rental and experience! The house was extremely clean and well organized. There were even a lot of little touches that I often find lacking in other rentals such as labels on all the light switches and mirrors in the bedrooms! The house was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking and grilling and the hot tub was a nice addition. We enjoyed many nights on the beautiful porch reading or playing cards. The check in and check out process was a breeze. I can't recommend this place enough! show more show less

My family of four (two adults and two kids under six) just returned home from a blissful week at this lovely property and we began dreaming of returning before we even left! The house is convenient to everything 'Orleans' inculding Skaket and Nauset beaches and a multitude of dining options. Nauset Farms is right up the road as well. We loved everything about the house - it is incredibly clean, spacious and bright with loads of windows and lovely breezes. The deck off the master suite is perfect for cool mornings and hot coffee. The owners have gone above and beyond stocking the home with everything one might need, including step stools in the bathrooms for little ones to use when washing hands. The screened-in porch, outdoor shower and hot tub were welcome bonuses that made our stay feel extra special. I could not get over the amount of storage space in every room - so many dressers, closets, and most importantly pantry space in the kitchen! We have rented several different houses over the years and have often had to pile our food on the counters and on top the refrigerator for lack of space - it was so nice to put food away and keep the surfaces clear. The owners are so very nice and and extremely responsive. I cannot say enough good things about this property. My husband and I look forward to our week in Orleans all year and this house was the icing on the cake. I cannot recommend it enough! show more show less

The house was amazing and exactly as pictured! Plus it was stocked with everything you could think of and more. The screened in porch was our favorite spot and used it every morning for coffee before our beach days and dinner at the end of our day. An added bonus was the hot tub, we loved it!

The location is so incredibly close to both beaches it's a must for us for next year! Jamie & Andrea we're amazing to work with and fast on communication during the whole process Plus they gave me and my family total privacy! We can't wait to go back! show more show less

We had an incredible time at Jamie's house! The house is just as described. The house is super clean and so comfortable. I love the outdoor shower and the screened in porch was perfect for evening cocktails before heading out to one of the many restaurants close by. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to beautiful Nauset Beach. Jamie and his family are close by if we needed anything but we had ultimate privacy. I left a favorite jacket there and Jamie had it sent to me with in a couple of days! Thank you! Great vacation! Great vacation home! show more show less
