''A newer, well appointed home with something for everyone in the heart of East Orleans.''

This custom two bedroom home in East Orleans was built in 2008. The property is very clean and well maintained with multiple flower beds, grassy stretches and pastoral views. A 10' x 10' post and beam shed with ramp is available for your bikes or other items. This home features high ceilings, beautiful wooden trim and pocket doors, and durable maple flooring throughout. Visitors can park in either the front parking area or a secondary shaded side area off Westwood Drive. A total of 4 off street parking spots are available.

The maximum number of guests permitted is 5.

First Floor:

Upon entering the first floor, you'll find an open floor plan with a spacious living room. Layout includes a ''L'' shape couch that seats 5, a leather recliner, Smart TV with an Apple TV streaming system (free Netflix, Disney +, and Amazon Prime), and a wood stove. The open floor plan links the living room and kitchen with a two bar stools and an eat-in counter. The custom kitchen with brand new granite counters has everything you need for the most complex meals. A half bath is near the kitchen. A formal dining room at the front of the house includes seating for six. An extra tall screened porch is attached to the kitchen and contains both a teak dining room table and a cushioned sofa and two oversized chairs. The screened porch leads to a small landing that goes into the spacious back yard. The outdoor patio has generous seating, an umbrella, large Weber gas grill, and extra large new cedar walled outdoor shower. If you prefer to cook with charcoal, we can provide a different Weber cooker.

Second Floor

The master bedroom (24' x 14') has a full sized four window dormer with south facing bank of windows, three plentiful closets, a queen sized bed, and sitting area with a love seat couch. Off to one side of this room is a single bed. A door next to the queen bed in the master goes to your own private second floor deck, perfect for star watching! A second bedroom down the hallway contains a queen sized bed. The second floor bathroom has a full sized washer/dryer set and a large walk in shower.

We provide dish towels, bathroom hand towels, bath mats, bed protectors, pillow protectors (5 pillows in all) and blankets. We also have two times a week trash pickup and once a week combined recycling removal - both adjacent to the front parking area. We also provide loaner picnic coolers, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and kids sand toys.

Cleaning Fee: For Summer 2023, we are charging a $125 cleaning fee but if you leave the rental in very good condition, we'll RETURN it to you in full!

Note: This is not a party rental. Families are encouraged. Total gatherings may not exceed 15. No loud music or group events permitted without prior permission. No outdoor fires. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

    We have been coming to the Cape for over 30 years and usually rent motel rooms. We decided to try a house this year and so glad we did! The house was spacious, very clean, and conveniently located. The kitchen left nothing to want for. It was stocked with everything you can imagine needing. Appliances were top notch. The upstairs deck was amazing for stargazing! Jamie and Andrea were there if we needed anything. We would highly recommend!

    Beautifully furnished and maintained, our week was great from beginning to end. Very impressed with the kitchen and could cook or grill with all the right tools and cookware. The house was spotless and inviting. The master bedroom was filled with sunshine and, yes, the bed was as comfortable (maybe even more so) than our own!! Location is perfect for Nauset Beach and accessing the many trails in Orleans for hiking and biking. Thank you Jamie and Andrea for providing this wonderful home to us.     The house was great. It was really really clean and well equipped.
    The location is convenient. It is close to the beaches and shopping and restaurants.

    My family and I don't have enough kind words to say about this rental and experience! The house was extremely clean and well organized. There were even a lot of little touches that I often find lacking in other rentals such as labels on all the light switches and mirrors in the bedrooms! The house was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking and grilling and the hot tub was a nice addition. We enjoyed many nights on the beautiful porch reading or playing cards.     A true gem in Orleans...

    My family of four (two adults and two kids under six) just returned home from a blissful week at this lovely property and we began dreaming of returning before we even left! The house is convenient to everything 'Orleans' inculding Skaket and Nauset beaches and a multitude of dining options. Nauset Farms is right up the road as well. We loved everything about the house - it is incredibly clean, spacious and bright with loads of windows and lovely breezes. The deck off the master suite is perfect for cool mornings and hot coffee. The owners have gone above and beyond stocking the home with everything one might need, including step stools in the bathrooms for little ones to use when washing hands. The screened-in porch, outdoor shower and hot tub were welcome bonuses that made our stay feel extra special. I could not get over the amount of storage space in every room - so many dressers, closets, and most importantly pantry space in the kitchen! We have rented several different houses over the years and have often had to pile our food on the counters and on top the refrigerator for lack of space - it was so nice to put food away and keep the surfaces clear. The owners are so very nice and and extremely responsive. I cannot say enough good things about this property. My husband and I look forward to our week in Orleans all year and this house was the icing on the cake. I cannot recommend it enough! show more show less

    The house was amazing and exactly as pictured! Plus it was stocked with everything you could think of and more. The screened in porch was our favorite spot and used it every morning for coffee before our beach days and dinner at the end of our day. An added bonus was the hot tub, we loved it!

    The location is so incredibly close to both beaches it's a must for us for next year! Jamie & Andrea we're amazing to work with and fast on communication during the whole process Plus they gave me and my family total privacy! We can't wait to go back! show more show less

    We had an incredible time at Jamie's house! The house is just as described. The house is super clean and so comfortable. I love the outdoor shower and the screened in porch was perfect for evening cocktails before heading out to one of the many restaurants close by. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to beautiful Nauset Beach. Jamie and his family are close by if we needed anything but we had ultimate privacy. I left a favorite jacket there and Jamie had it sent to me with in a couple of days! Thank you! Great vacation! Great vacation home! show more show less

    Greetings from Jamie and Andrea! We live in Orleans year round. We have two young boys and we love living in Orleans and thoroughly enjoy renting our well appointed property. We want you to enjoy staying in a ''Home'' and not a commercialized no personality hotel-like stay. Our home is meant to be your home.

    What is special about this property?
    We know the details count. From our kitchen with everything you would need to make that special dinner to the spacious screened porch to help you enjoy the sea breezes after a long day in the sun, we want things to be just right. Our outdoor shower is big and spacious. Our living room is comfy and cozy. We've got many nooks to chill out like the private fenced in and lush grassy back yard to the master bedroom love seat and private upper deck. You don't have to worry about a dirty home because we clean it ourselves and work very hard at it. We make sure you have enough laundry and dish soap, trash bags, basic amenities, and don't forget the beach toys for the little one. We have you covered. But don't just take our word for it. Read our renter reviews and see how much they loved their stay!

    Orleans has something for everyone.

    Waterways are our specialty. From the tremendously popular and expansive Nauset Beach to the milder fine sands of Skaket Beach, you can literally hit a different waterway every day of the week. There are twenty five free town landings, three huge freshwater ponds, and don't forget the heart of the commercial fishing fleet: Rock Harbor!

    Orleans has a full spectrum of restaurants and small eateries, from breakfast fare to deluxe seafood. Hit the Land Ho! at 430pm for a stuffie to beat the rush, grab a dozen awesome donuts at The Hole In One, and try a burger at The Knack and walk it down to the benches at the Goose Hummock Landing.

    There's also a thriving arts community in Orleans. From the well known Tree's Place and Addison Gallery to the brand new Orleans Modern Gallery and the artist sheds next to the Chocolate Sparrow, there's certainly a piece of art for everyone to take home as part of your experience!
