Wow! What an Incredible spot! Expansive Cape cottage on a bluff in Nauset Heights overlooking Nauset Inlet and the Atlantic with upper level deck and a private stairway down to the beach. Casual Old Cape Cod with pine panelling throughout. The main floor bedrooms consist of a primary bedroom with queen bed and a second bedroom with built in bunk beds. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: One with two twin beds, the second with a double and the third bedroom with a built in bunk bed.
This property is wonderful for a relaxing vacation with its direct beach access, outstanding views, the sound of the crashing waves and bonus access to an association staircase that leads to the tranquil water of Nauset Inlet just down the road. Newly added Air Conditioning for every room-- wall units downstairs and window units in the bedrooms.

    We loved the authentic rustic beach house. The veiws are fantastic and the property is incredible, so private. This was an incredible week for our family. All our kids had a great time. The A/C was a game changer for us. Thank you.
