The home is very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owner has thought of every possible amenity the guests would appreciate and taken care of it.
It's a lovely space with plenty of room to spread out and relax.
The location is ideal for walking to the beach or taking a bike ride.

We would return to "Blue Sky" in a heartbeat. The house is and property are clean, well kept and beautiful with great proximity to beaches and the rest of Orleans and beyond. The owner is also wonderful to do business with.

We had a great 2 week stay here! The house is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location, walking distance to a magnificent semiprivate beach. The house is well appointed with everything you need, and the bedrooms are a nice size. We loved the four season room looking out to the beautiful backyard, the outdoor shower and the open kitchen/living room. We can't wait to stay again!

Our family of four enjoyed this lovely home, which was in walking distance to Skaket Beach and conveniently located to the Cape Cod Bike Trail. It was clean and had all the comforts of home with three comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipment kitchen, outdoor grill and shower and beautifully landscaped grounds. We loved the four-season porch that overlooked conservation land attracting lots of beautiful birds. It was our favorite place to enjoy breakfast in the morning and a late evening gathering with twinkle lights. Brenda and John were gracious hosts. They checked in often to make sure all our needs were met. We would highly recommend this home for your Cape Cod escape.

"Blue Sky" is a home filled with love and pride. Every effort has been made to provide the renters with a well stocked and complete vacation! The owners were always accessible and pleasant. The porch, the firepit, the outside patio all added to a well maintained interior.

Our vacation was splendid. Your home is lovely; we especially enjoy sitting on your porch. Your kitchen is well-stocked. And the proximity to the ocean beaches and the bayside beach with a short walk down the path can't be beat.

We stayed at Blue Sky in July. We found the house to be very accommodating to our needs from beach gear to house equipment. The kitchen was extremely functional and the living room was spacious and comfortable. We truly enjoyed the screened in porch and watching the wildlife in the bog. The bay access path was fun for the kids and the semi-private beach was a nice way to spend a day at the bay.

We stayed at Blue Sky the week of July 1-8. From the minute we walked in the door it felt like home. So clean and welcoming. My family of 4 were in heaven. We saw an amazing firework show on the private beach. Explored Cape Cod, and had some amazing beach time. It truly was a great week. One of our favorite parts of the house was the screened in porch! We enjoyed our dinners there and got the entertainment of the birds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this little piece of heaven.

We've stayed at Blue Sky twice now. Each stay has been fantastic. The house is very well equipped and has everything we needed for a week long stay for our family of five. Plenty of space for us to spread out, and great yard and enclosed porch for relaxing. Easy to walk to Skaket beach for Sunset, and short drive to town for restaurants, groceries, etc.

The homeowners are very easy to communicate with and easy to connect with for any issues during stay. Highly recommend!!

We adored our stay at Blue Sky in Orleans! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The house was just as described, with a short walk to both a public (Skaket) and private beach. It was sparking clean with tons of amenities, including an outdoor shower, all-season porch with bird watching, a nice yard for the kids to play in, and everything we needed for our stay. We had a particularly fun time putting together the martha's vineyard puzzle :) The owners were great about communicating with us as well. We hope to be able to visit again! This is a great house! The house is well taken care of, well stocked and nice big spaces. We really enjoyed the porch and the yard and landscaping make it a pleasant stay. We liked the quiet and location of the property. Brenda was great to work with.

My family (consisting of myself and wife along with three boys ages 7-12) had a fantastic stay at Blue Sky. We highly recommend the rental.

The location was fantastic - less than 10 minute walk to a private Bay side beach and about 10 minute drive to Nauset Beach. We quickly had a routine of driving to Nauset for morning/ early afternoon then walking to Skaket / private beach for late afternoon or to watch sunset.

The home and grounds were perfect for us. The landscaping is wonderful and relaxing and allows for some bird watching from the enclosed back porch. There's enough room for kids to play in yard. The home itself is nicely updated and comfortable with updated TVs, appliances, air conditioning, and fast WiFi. Homeowner provided everything we needed to be able to prepare meals at home. We spent a lot of time in enclosed porch - great to start day with coffee and end day reading a book.

We spent a wonderful week at this charming home with many loving touches for guests, and a sunporch that was a complete delight.

The nearby town of Orleans felt like a real village, not a tourist haven, with good atmospheric neighborhood restaurants and shops. But nearby Skaket Beach was the real draw. An easy walk from the rental home, it had stunning low tides, sunrises, and sunsets.

All together, Blue Sky is a great find.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Orleans cottage! I spent a long holiday weekend at the cottage with my boyfriend and it had everything we needed! Even though it was a bit chilly, we enjoyed the fresh air with some long walks on the private beach, and then returned to the cottage to enjoy the hot tub! We curled up by the fire most nights, playing games, reading, or watching a movie together. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, and the grocery store is right down the street. Even though it was only 2 of us staying for the weekend, the cottage is very spacious and can easily accommodate an entire family or a few couples.

Would definitely love to come back in the summer!

We spent two weeks in this wonderful house over the summer. It was perfect for our family of four (including two 5 year olds). The beach is a short walk away and is semi-private with no crowds. It was easy to go there for the day and swim or just the evening to watch the sunset. The bay side beach is perfect for little kids to play in the tide pools and shallow water when the tide is out. The house has a great four season porch for dinners and relaxing at night. There is a patio for outdoor dinners and large yard which our kids loved playing in. The house was clean, spacious, updated and equipped with everything you need for a perfect summer vacation. We had such a great time that we are booking it again next summer!

We spent a peaceful, pleasant week in this very comfortable home. It was spotless, well maintained, had everything you can think of with a great porch and outdoor space. It is very conveniently located with an easy walk to a quiet beach.
