SeaSalt is a fantastic property closely positioned to the sea and bay. Nestled in Pochet's wooded area it's a great escape inside and out. A one-floor ranch accessible for all, with great lawn space in the front, and a welcoming 2 tier deck/patio in the back. The owner provides everything you could need from beach accessories to a custom cornhole set, oversized badminton, and endless board games. The master bedroom is amply sized with a killer king bed that's like sleeping on a cloud. The house also touts great tech with Bluetooth soundbars. I'm a huge fan of SeaSalt and encourage everyone to check it out (except the weeks I want it next summer!).

We spend a week on the Cape every summer and this was one of the best rentals we've had. The house is beautiful and immaculately clean. Location is ideal - close to Orleans town and beach, but on a very quiet and private piece of property. Sheets and towels provided which is very nice (and beyond the norm), and the entire house was recently renovated, updated and redecorated.

This house was great! Extremely clean and well provisioned for our stay. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable and had all of the comforts you would want/expect. We found the location to be very convenient and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Seasalt Orleans! Mary Ella is a fabulous host and has decorated the home beautifully and made it so comfortable and clean for her guests. The house is situated in a prime location, very close to Nauset beach as well as restaurants which was great for our family. We look forward to coming back next year!

Seasalt was the perfect rental, from the welcome bag to the stocked amenities, we wanted for nothing. We immediately felt right at home with the beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings. It provided all of the privacy and peacefulness we had hoped for. Location to all of our favorite spots in Orleans was the icing on the cake. We hope to return for many years to come.

We have been coming to the cape for decades and were so excited to finally find the perfect house for our family. It starts with the owner, Mary Ella. She is so helpful from the first communication and has thought of literally everything including a gift bag upon arrival.

We loved the open layout and how everything is so new and comfortable. The rooms are all spacious and the kitchen has everything one would need. The back porch and patio are perfect spots for meals and relaxing after. Even though the house is already so nice, she filled us in on several plans for even more improvements for next season. Honestly we couldn't have asked for a better house and owner and can't wait to return next year.

We have been renting in Orleans for a number of years and Seasalt has been our favorite rental yet! We have been following the house for years on Instagram but the dates had never worked out until 2023. Seasalt is super clean with nice furniture as well as updated kitchens and bathrooms, new TVs in all of the rooms and fast internet. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need on vacation. We loved the separate drink fridge in the kitchen as well. The location can't be beat. There's a well sized backyard with games and a nice outdoor shower. Mary Ella is extremely responsive and kind. We can't wait for 2024!

We had a great stay at Seasalt! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great week on the Cape. No detail was forgotten, including fresh linens and extra toiletries. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

First I would like to say that Mary Ella was wonderful. The little details she adds to welcome you as you walk in the door to the little extras in the bathrooms is a nice surprise and she responded quickly to any questions I had. This house was in a great location. Quiet area, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds, a relaxing feeling inside and out. The kitchen has everything you need. It was a nice morning walk to Nauset Beach or just in the surrounding neighborhood. It was a great place for our family vacation where we celebrated a birthday and made many great memories!

This home has everything you need for an amazing stay at the Cape. So beautifully furnished and stocked, no detail is overlooked (even have a towel to wipe off the outdoor chairs!). The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need. Close to the water to enjoy morning walks. The outdoor spaces adds extra special touches! One of the nicest homes we have stayed in our 26n years on the Cape. Thank you!

My husband, sister, and nieces--five of us in all--spent a week at Sea Salt. The house is beautifully decorated with tons of natural light. Pure beach vibe here from the nautical touches throughout to the color palette of pale blues and seafoam greens. Just what you want for your summer vacation rental! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds super comfortable. Loved sitting out on the backyard deck--so peaceful. Perfect location just minutes from the beach. Will return again next summer!

Our stay at SeaSalt was wonderful. The house has been completely updated and reflects today's minimalist yet comfortable lifestyle. It was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. We love East Orleans and the location didn't disappoint. The homeowner was very easy to work with, prompt and responsive.

This house is amazing! The interior is open and airy, with gorgeous decor. The kitchen is completely stocked with every pot, pan and utensil you could ever need. The exterior has a great deck and patio, which we enjoyed every afternoon. We could not have asked for a better home to rent. Mary Ella is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. We've been staying on the Cape for the past 6 years and Seasalt was BY FAR the best house we've ever rented. Everything starts with Mary Ella's attention to detail: from the first moment we contacted her, she was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The house itself is amazing: furniture and beds are beautiful AND comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for a family like ours that loves to cook after a long day on the beach. The layout of the house gave everyone lots of space to be together, while also offering privacy in the bedrooms and office (a nice place to work when it can't be avoided).

The house is set in a quiet neighborhood, but you're only minutes away from everything: we loved the proximity to Nauset Beach on the ocean (5 minute drive) and Skaket Beach on the bay (8 minutes).

We just returned after a two week stay at Sea Salt in East Orleans and we miss it already! The house was immaculate when we arrived with special touches that Mary Ella added including fresh flowers and goody bag with a personal note. The house is beautifully decorated, in fact we felt like we had stepped into a Serena & Lily catalog.

The bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms beautiful and the newly renovated kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed (plus some) for cooking meals at home. The property is stunning, elevated on a hill with beautiful tree lined views.

The location was outstanding and if we had the opportunity to rent this house again, we would. Thank you Mary Ella for your gracious hospitality and for being so easy to work with.

Sea Salt is a special place where we stayed for a month from mid-November to mid-December. A beautiful home and Mary Ella was great to work with. It's a perfect location, wonderfully decorated and was a great memory for our family of 4. A magical place in Orleans!

We had a great stay at Seasalt in September 2020. The house was very spacious, rooms were very nicely redone. Kitchen had everything one could possibly want. Great deck, which our dog loved napping on, and we grilled and ate outside most of the nights we were there.

Easy access to Nauset Beach - in September a bit cold for sitting, but beautiful for walking. East Orleans with some great places- breakfast at Toast to the Coast, dinner at Barley Neck Inn.

Mary Ella was a great host- clear instructions, easy to reach before and during stay.

The home and yard are beautiful. All the rooms are very well equipped and furnished, the bedrooms are large, the deck and outdoor shower are perfect. Mary Ella was attentive and easy to deal with before, during, and after our stay. Peacefully located like an oasis on a totally quiet side street, the bustling town with its shopping and restaurants is just a few minutes away. We had a wonderful stay and plan to become regulars!

Such a lovely place! The house was immaculate, well-appointed and very comfortable. It was equipped with anything one might need to vacation effortlessly away from home. We also discovered a couple of outstanding restaurants in the neighborhood- The Barley Neck Inn and La Bella Vita! We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back!
