Set on ¾ acres, the home offers privacy yet is convenient to all of the stares and attractions in Orleans, including the ever popular Chocolate Sparrow, many restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer’s market on Saturday, and Cape Cod Baseball League games at Nauset Middle School.

Also within a short drive are Skaket Beach, a great bay beach especially for kids, and the well known Nauset Beach, which is part of the National Seashore.
