We have come to Nauset every summer for many years. This was the best place! Lou was so helpful from the first contact.

Great location- near our favorite beach and on a quiet side street. The home is spacious, well- decorated, clean and met our every need. We enjoyed the private deck and walks to the pond at the end of the lane.

Lou and Doug were incredible ensuring that this rental had everything our family needed from start to finish. We had a fantastic stay here, specifically because of the:

-Privacy. The home is on a sleepy side road in beautiful East Orleans, with a very secluded lot (backyard full of trees, but plenty of sun light for being on the back deck)
-Kitchen items. We had an abundance of kitchen items which were great for having large home cooked meals (lobster!) both outside on the deck, and inside at the large dining room table.
-High Speed WiFi and Flatscreen. We had everything we needed from a "modern amenities" perspective.
-Air Conditioning. This is a huge difference maker and few homes on the Cape have Central AC / Split Units for the hotter days of summer.
-Outdoor shower. Every Cape home should have one, great coming home from the beach and having one outside.

We really appreciated the hospitality and would recommend this home to any Cape Cod vacationer in a heart beat. Thanks again! show more show less

We stayed at this property for two months. It was the perfect place to have a long term stay. It had everything we needed and it truly felt like our home away from home. The street this unit is on is rather peaceful and on certain evenings you could hear the ocean waves crashing. Doug was an absolute pleasure to work with. We hope to return again soon.
