Location, Location! Popular duplex cottage very close to Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay. Simple and beachy, each unit has a private deck and central air-conditioning! Both share the enclosed outdoor shower. No washer/dryer, but there's a clothesline for bathing suits and towels. Each unit has a bath with tub & shower, a well-equipped kitchen and offers wifi and cable for entertainment away from the beach, only 2/10 mile away! Unit 1 (ASP-428, shown here) has 3 bedrooms for 6 guests; Unit 2 (ASP-429) has 2 bedrooms for 4. May be rented separately or together as available. You can't get much closer to Skaket Beach at this price!
