Great location in Orleans near Nauset Beach.

Great location, very clean.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Cape. The cottage is immaculate and has everything you will need for a relaxing and memorable vacation. It is close to Nauset Beach, although I would not walk there carrying all the things we need: umbrella, chairs, ice box, etc. The location is near restaurants, galleries, ice cream shops, and many Cape attractions. We enjoyed the sunset concert at Nauset Beach and Rock Harbor and a daily excusion to nearby Chatham. The drive-in movie theatre and flea market in Wellfleet is a must as well as visits to First Encounter Beach in Easham, a trip out to Provincetown, and hikes along the National Seashore. Looking forward to our next visit!

The location of this property is an easy walk to the beach! We rent both units with another family, so there's room for guests to come and go all week as well. These units are large, clean and the location couldn't be better.

A wonderful place for 2! Great location - seconds from Nauset Beach and minutes from great restaurants (The Rail) and shops (ADORN). Easy access to downtown and Skaket Beach. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet - parking was easy. Landlord is great to work with. I've spent 62 summers in Orleans - such a great place...easy access to everywhere!!!

We loved our stay here. The location is very convenient: close to the beach, restaurants and shops, and just a stones throw off the highway. The neighborhood is quiet and the cottage is exactly as pictured on the website. We had a wonderful time, our first on Cape Cod, and we would happily stay here again.

This is our second year renting both this cottage and the house attached. Love both spaces, clean, so close to the beach, great back yard. Perfect for 2-4 people. Love sitting on the front porch and reading.

This was the first time my husband and I rented a cottage and we were not disappointed. My husband walk to and from the beach every morning, afternoon and evening. The ocean and sand is his mecca. The apartment was move-in-ready and cozy comfy. The kitchen was adequate; thus, we didn't eat out everyday. Grocery/Butcher store and some restaurants were a short ride down the road. The neighborhood is basically quiet. As always we took day trips to our old haunts and enjoyed other parts of the Cape too. For myself, just being able to relax with a good book and occasionally going to a few artisan stores was my pause to refresh.

We plan on renting this cottage again in 2022. A home away from home.

This cottage is wonderful and has the essence of Cape Cod throughout. Very comfortable and clean! Location is amazing. We usually stay on outer Cape but this location has really changed our thoughts on that. Truly a few minutes walk to Nauset Beach. Outdoor shower was wonderful and back yard lovely for "dining out". Great local stores nearby too and so centrally located to get any where you want to visit. We enjoyed every minute of it! Thanks to the Beach Road Team!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the apartment for a week and it was a wonderful stay, one of the best vacations we've had! The kitchen is small but worked out well for just the 2 of us, and it was great to have a grill as we used that most nights. Spacious bathroom and living room, bed was comfy, what more could you ask for? Outdoor shower is a great bonus.

The unit was clean and tidy and we appreciated the extra cleaners that were provided to disinfect.

Nauset is truly a walk away, probably around 7 minutes. If you head to the beach in the morning before 10 or 10:30 am, you will always make it in. Great distance to shops and some restaurants too, perfect location! We would love to return!

We stayed here during COVID 19. The cottage was very clean and perfect size and location for just me and my husband. Easy 1/3 mile walk to lovely Nauset Beach. Close to all the beaches on the national seashore and other fun parks and trails to walk. Only wish they had a gas grill but it was fun to go back to the old days of charcoal! Would definitely rent again. Did not have any problems but the owners were very patient and responsive in answering my COVID concerns!

I stayed here once with friends many years ago, having quarantined for 3 months and decided it was time to go back. It was just what we needed. Quintessential cape cod cottage had everything we needed, perfect location, short walk to Nauset beach (so didn't have to pay $20 to park), perfect place on the cape, easy ride to Truro and Ptown north and Chatham to south, Orleans has great restaurant choices (Land Ho and Hog Island both great) and I think dine in started today. Love the family owned feel, got to spend some time with Carolyn, Dale and Lovely daughter Syd. Thanks for a lovely stay. Will be back. Xoxoxo

My husband and I have stayed here many times, and the location is perfect and the house very comfortable and welcoming! Walking distance to Nauset Beach and a short drive to the center of Orleans and Route 6. The property is attached to a larger rental. We have rented both at the same time for family vacations as well as just the smaller property. It is very private and has a wonderful porch out front for morning coffee or afternoon drinks! I highly recommend both properties!

We recently had our book group at this property along with Carolyn's other home. Between the two, there was room for everyone. The property was clean and all the amenities that we needed were available. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was well maintained.

We took a walk to the beach each day. The house is only a block from the beach. It is perfectly situated. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. It was quiet, and an easy access to town. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. The owners were accommodating and always looking to please. It is a perfect location and house for families, friends. groups, etc. GREAT STAY!!!!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a long weekend along with our 14 month old daughter, and I have to say it was a perfect vacation home for our family. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and had AC which was a plus! We loved being able to have two outdoor areas to enjoy; the front porch was a great place to wake up and sip our morning coffee, and the backyard was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. With such close proximity to Nauset Beach, we were easily able to take morning strolls on the beach, as well as in the evening. We also loved how close it was to local lakes, Orleans' cute downtown, and playgrounds. Overall it was a great experience, and we look forward to renting next year!
