This sweet little Cape Cod antique is undergoing a bit of a facelift. As we finish up projects, more photos will be available! We are located in the historic area of Orleans, close to Rock Harbor and Bay beaches (Skaket, Boat Meadow, First Encounter) Atlantic Ocean beaches (Nauset, Nauset Light, Coast Guard) and fresh water ponds. Our closest bay beach is Dyer Prence (Eastham side of Rock Harbor) .3 mile, 10 minute walk. We are .8 mile to center of Orleans and we abut the Cape Cod rail trail bike path.

Dogs considered, we love them.

Our family resides full time in the ''barn'' at the back of the property, as well does our little dog, Charlie girl.

    We have lived on the Cape since 1985. We currently reside full time in the ''barn'' at the back of the property with our daughter, Teagan and our little dog Charlie girl. I am a full time photographer, my daughter is in middle school and my husband Mark works for Atlantic Spice Company in Truro. We are never still. When aren't working we love to travel in the slower seasons and surf and camp in the summer season! We LOVE sharing our special place with new friends.

    What is special about this property?
    LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!

    We feel very lucky to live here. It truly is a special place. We are within minutes of so many different types of beaches, Cape Cod Bay, Atlantic Ocean, Fresh water ponds, nature walks and bike trails. Provincetown is 30-40 minute drive, Chatham is 15-20 minute drive, the ferries to the magical islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a 30 minute drive to Hyannis. We are in a great location to see so much of the Cape and the Islands.


    What is special about your town?
    We have sweet little restaurants and fish markets, great shopping and art galleries. Orleans is just a charming seaside town with lots to offer!
