WHAT TO EXPECT:
Firewood is not kept on site. Please be sure to bring a bundle on your way to the house if you plan to use the firepit in the backyard.
Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge
We always suggest getting travel insurance for those ''life happens'' moments

PERSONAL AMENITIES:
We provide the essentials: towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
A digital door lock on the front door will provide you access to the house. All codes are randomized and sent 24 hours prior to the beginning of your reservation.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The outdoor space includes a backyard with 7 Adirondack chairs, a firepit, and lawn games.

PARKING:
There is parking available on the side of the house. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is 2, parked end-to-end/bumper-to-bumper. Street parking is not allowed for short term rental guests, per town guidelines.

THE DRIVE:
Bear in mind that during the summer months, traffic getting into Onset can be quite heavy with many people coming to the area or just beyond to Cape Cod. Plan your drive time and arrival accordingly.

INTERNET:
There is wifi available throughout the home.

VIDEO CAMERAS & NOISE DETECTORS
There is one (1) noise/decibel monitor in the living room
There are two (2) security cameras:
One on the doorbell monitoring the sidewalk & porch approach
One on the side of the house aimed toward the sidewalk monitoring the sidewalk and yard entry path

Check-in for all stays is 4:00 pm. Checkout is 10:00 am.
Early check in or late check out of up to three (3) hours is available for $100 per reservation and MUST be confirmed and paid to the hosts prior to arrival.
