First floor has open floor plan with 1/2 bath and 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and full bath. Unit has central A/C.
Enjoy a front and rear patios for your relaxation.

Mashpee Commons is 3 miles down the road where you will find shops with fine restaurants, coffee houses, etc. There is also a large supermarket, movie theatre and much more. This is a great location for day trips to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, whale watches, etc.

There is a no pet policy for renters or guests that is strictly enforced. The home is smoke free...non smokers only.

    Wonderful vacation

    We have rented this lovely unit a few times. Always clean and comfortable and homey. Now the grands are teenagers, they love the visit and walk to the Marketplace for golf and ice cream.
    The owners couldn't be nicer! The AC is quite a bonus. We have been going to Maushop since late 80's, and always look forward to this condo!
    Quick walk to the beach. Great evening walks top of the day. Can't wait to go back!
