Spectacular Ocean Views - Charming Maushop Village

If your looking for a fantastic place to stay, close to the ocean, and picture perfect in every way, this is the cottage. From the moment we walked in the door to our last day, this property was everything we had hoped for. The cottage is immaculate and the decor is charming and inviting. All your vacation needs are met with state of the art appliances, a grill, and items you can take to the beach such as chairs, boogie boards, towels, and a cooler. The property is located on a bluff where you can view the ocean from the sunroom as well as the kitchen and living room space. A flower bed lined picket fenced path quickly leads you to the beach where you can enjoy a peaceful day on the sand. If you want to have some nightlife, right down the road is the market place where you can enjoy live entertainment and some delicious food and shopping. This was our first time staying on Cape Cod but it will definitely not be our last.

We thoroughly enjoyed our return visit to Maushop Village. The cottage is so comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are perfect. We often "ate in" and enjoyed the impressive views. Chris is such a pleasure to interact with. He truly has thought of everything. We hope to come back next summer!

We have rented this idyllic spot for the last eight years. It is charming, cozy, so well maintained and has spectacular views of the ocean. We have been coming to Maushop Village for 40 years and this property is the best of the best. It is so relaxing and restorative. The beach is steps away and a great little Marketplace with shops and a few restaurants is a short walk. I cannot recommend Chris' place highly enough.

This was our third stay at Chris's cottage and it was as lovely as ever! The cottage itself is adorable and well decorated, without being too precious. Views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach make the location perfect. We also visited the nearby marketplace for dinners and music one night. We'll be back again!

We have stayed here 4 times and have already reserved for next year. The location is perfect. Overlooking the ocean. 2 minute walk to the beach access. The beach has calm warm water. The house is well equiped, and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were just remodeled last year. The unit also has a mini split which can provide heat or ac. The owner is easily accessible and very responsive to any questions you may have. I would not stay any other place

This was such a warm and cozy unit. The view was amazing and the place was so inviting. The owner really has the home beautifully decorated. You have everything you need and more. The beach was a short walk. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Hope to stay again in the future.

We had the good fortune to discover Maushop Village for an impromptu vacation and had a wonderful time. This cottage is just perfect. At every turn, Chris has thoughtful amenities. The kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to use. The bedroom has ample storage with a closet and spacious drawers. The ocean views are spectacular and the beach is just a couple minutes to walk. The community is friendly and so peaceful. We enjoyed long walks through Popponesset and along the beach. There are beautiful homes and landscape everywhere. Thanks, Chris, for alerting us to the full moon. It was incredible. Looking forward to returning next summer.

We truly cannot thank Chris enough for providing us with the most seamless, beautiful, peaceful, and enjoyable experience on our honeymoon. He anticipated every possible need and then some. Everything was spotless, gorgeously decorated, and comfortable as can be. I couldn't imagine a more picturesque beach cottage than this. We are definitely hoping to stay here again. We were sad to leave this morning after such a perfect week, but found comfort in the thought of coming back next year! Thank you so much for an unforgettable Cape Cod experience!

Another amazing stay!
This cottage is so perfect! Everything is well thought out, it's small but plenty of room for our family of 3. Top of the line appliances. Just a 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to a cute marketplace. The area was quiet which is how we like it. Truly can't say enough food things about our stay!

Little piece of heaven, This place has been one of the nicest rentals we have stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, very well kept, comfortable and absolutely beautiful. We did not want to leave! I would recommend to anyone who needs to relax and enjoy serenity. Chris was an excellent host who communicated very well at every step.

This cottage could not have been more wonderful! Everything we needed in a home away from home was there for us in this beautiful and immaculate cottage. We appreciated the extras Chris provided like a cooler and ice packs. We had beautiful views of the ocean and a short walk to a tranquil beach. Maushop Village is a quiet neighborhood with charming gardens. When we could drag ourselves away, we were just an easy drive to Falmouth to ride the Shining Sea Bikeway, Woods Hole, kayaking on Poponesett Bay and whale watching from Hyannis. We are already talking about our next trip to the Cape. Thanks, Chris!

great location, cute property, Perfect for a long weekend stay. The cottage was cozy and efficient, but plenty of room for a couple. Easy walkable access to the beach, walking trails, and a small marketplace (which was only open on the weekend due to being off season). Great views of the ocean and homey decor made our getaway simply idyllic

Just had three beautiful nights and four days in this precious cottage by the sea. Hoping to go back again next fall. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need with Nantucket sound in your front yard. The beach is just a minutes away down a path bordering the ocean…..it is private and lovely. Can't wait to go back. !!

Perfect cottage with a view! Our first trip to Cape Cod and we arrived under tropical storm warnings. It was the perfect Cape Cod cottage with the ocean views. Everything worked well, very clean and very comfy. Easy walk to the the beach and the walking paths were great for early AM. Loved sitting outside and just looking at the water and listening to the boats. Would def return!

Wonderful cottage, We loved the cottage. We enjoyed the beautiful view of ocean from the cottage and spending time on the beach. We walked to marketplace for food or music every evening. We had a great time!

If you're looking for an amazing place to stay on the cape this is it. Beautiful water views from the front and side, loved having meals out on the patio overlooking the water. Has everything you need WiFi, tv, washer dryer.. quick walk down the path to the cafes, restaurants and shops in the village commons. Always question if the trip is worth the money and with this place it absolutely is. We will be going back, and the most important to us was it being clean and it was spotless.
