The screened-in porch with fireplace and views is a perfect setting for coffee in the morning and gatherings at night and leads to a deck with a table that seats 12 for dinners with a view. The state of the art kitchen and gas grill has everything a cook would need. A dining area and family room complete this level.

At pool level, the home boasts two outdoor sitting areas - one with fireplace and one with gas fire pit both overlooking the water and heated pool and hot tub along with a bar area with refrigerator drawers, dishwasher and sink. There is also another family room with bunks for a great kids space.

The home is a 5 minute walk to the Spit Beach and a 2 minute walk to the Popponesset Community Center where kids activities include baseball, arts & crafts, movie and bingo nights. The Popponesset Marketplace is 1 mile from our home and has restaurants, a market for essentials, mini golf, ice cream and live music.
