This is a fantastic rental house on the Cape! I stayed there for a week with my family and another family - 4 adults and 5 kids total.

The pictures really don't do it justice - the inside is open, modern, and very pleasant to hang out in, and the swimming pool plus dock/water access is fantastic. There are two large living/gathering spaces, so it works well for large groups. The kitchen is fully and thoughtfully equipped, and open to the dining/living rooms, so people doing the cooking don't feel isolated.

The kids loved the pool and probably would have been happy to stay in it the whole week. But the house is also walking/kayaking distance from a beautiful beach, and a short drive to the town/state park beach (which also has some nice walking/hiking trails).

The hosts were friendly and very responsive. They've clearly put time and thought into hosting, and the whole rental experience was very easy. We hope to return to this house next summer.

This home is perfect for a large family that enjoys a water view, water activities and pool swimming. It is bright, spacious, has all the necessary amenities and is an easy boat or kayak ride to the bay and beach. Prescott (owner) was very responsive and provided good recs and tips for people not familiar with the area. We definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

We just returned from a wonderful week-long stay. The house was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our kids, plus a few members of our extended family. We loved the pool, and also loved that we were able to enjoy our rented boat right from the dock. We had a great time and definitely didn't want to leave. The owners were also great and super responsive to a few questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at Fiddler Crab. The house was gorgeous and we really appreciated having the heated pool in the backyard. The house is conveniently located to multiple beaches, great restaurants and kid friendly activities.

We had a great experience - the kids loved the pool and it was great being so close to the beach. House is comfortable and clean and Prescott was extremely responsive. Would book again for sure!

Fiddler Crab Lane was one of our best family vacations. It is difficult to assemble all of our children and grandchildren in one spot so want it to be right and it was. Everyone loved the house, the gathering spaces on both floors were great. The seating was ample and comfortable. Good beds. The deck was beautiful as was the pool. The grandkids loved their room with the blue lights. big hit. Son's in-law enjoyed the kyaks. We all loved the neighborhood and the ability to venture into some parts of the cape we had not seen before. The New Seabury marketplace was a hit and so convenient.

Comfortable beds! Great pool! And lovely outdoor and indoor spaces to relax as a large group! Cute neighborhood and lots of beaches nearby. Homeowner was very responsive with any issues which made for a great stay. We are definitely planning to come back!

Our weekend stay on this property was fenomenal. The owners took care of every detail and were available to answer our questions upon our arrival. The house is located in a quiet (almost private) neighborhood with a gorgeous view and access to the water in the back. The house is spacious with common areas on both levels, which can easily accommodate large groups for entertaining. In the backyard we enjoyed the heated pool, perfect for day or night time. The house is clean and well maintained, and we even found a great local brewery close by for lunch and drinks. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend looking for a place on the Cape.Thank you to Prescott and his team for an amazing stay.

So glad that we found this house for our weekend getaway! Clean, spacious, and full of charm. Multiple common areas both indoors and out meant that the kids and grownups had plenty of space to relax. Beautiful flowers surround the property and bay views abound from practically every room. The downstairs bedroom with the under-bed lighting was a big hit and something we'd never seen before! And can't beat the location - only moments from shops, but still a lovely, quiet neighborhood for biking and walking. Thank you Prescott and team for a great weekend; we hope to return soon!

We loved out stay here! The pool area was completely redone and we love the new waterfront seating. The dock was a big hit with the kids looking for crabs. We rented a boat for 3 days and were able to dock it right at the house. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful visit to Cape Cod. The home we rented had a great layout with a spacious master bedroom and lovely views of the water throughout the house. We had plenty of room for our extended family. The grandkids loved the game room and having their bedrooms on the lower level. We were able to take a nice walk on private roads viewing other lovely homes. We will definitely rent this home again

We stayed at Prescott's place during the winter season. The home was comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the little touches such as the kid friendly dishes as well as everything you needed in the kitchen to prepare meals! We loved that the there were 3 bedrooms with comfortable KING size beds, which is a rare find! Most rooms have views of the water. The location is perfect in New Seabury and the home had plenty of space to spread out. We did walk the mile to the beach, but we plan to come back this summer to enjoy the dock, pool and kayaking :)
