Such a lovely place to get away for a few days. The condo was clean and well equipped, but, if you do need something, a short drive will get you to Mashpee Commons where you can find anything you want. The best part is you don't have to get into the car to go to the shore. Walk 100 yards or so, and you're relaxing on the beach. At night leave the sliders open and the sounds of the sea will rock you to sleep. Joyce the owner is so nice and very accommodating. Wow, the location, the views, your own private beach, and peacefulness of this fully equipped two bedroom townhouse is breathtaking.Tastefully decorated with the theme of old Cape Cod . My wife and I and two close friends stayed for a long weekend . We are all in our 60's. It doesn't get any better. Thank you, Joyce.

We just spent two weeks staying in this wonderful house in the charming New Seabury community. The house was in a word; perfect! Front and back patios allowed us to start and and the day outside looking at the breathtaking Sound. The house is comfortable, has all necessary amenities and not a bad view to be had. The fact that the beach is not even 100 yards away is a treat!
The homeowner was easy to work with! We'll be back!

This is a great place to rent. The condo is very clean with all items needed for a vacation home. Short walk to beach with amazing views. This is our second year of renting and we couldn't be happier.

The pictures on the website don't fully illustrate the beauty of this piece of heaven. This cottage was EXTREMELY clean and fully equipped with everything you need from linens, WIFI, pots and pans and washer and dryer. You can enjoy the view of the ocean from the front and the side windows of the house, and, if you get up early enough, you can witness one of the most spectacular sunrises. The cottage was cozy, clean and big enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The kitchen was spacious enough, this is where we spent most of our time cooking, sharing a bottle of wine and creating new, great memories.

The owners were fabulous to work with and made this rental the best vacation rental experience we ever had. They were courteous, answered all of our questions and were very accommodating. They even allowed us to check in the night before -- now that's a WOW.

We loved the place. The ocean views, beach, and lobster rolls at the Marketplace were all wonderful. My wife and I both loved the area and enjoyed many walks on the beach. We would go back in a heartbeat. Joyce was also very hospitable and comfortable to work with.

We had a great time at this location. The condo was perfect. We could see the sea from all the windows and doors and even hear the waves crashing during the night. It was about a three minute walk from the beach.

The kitchen was well appointed, the outdoor grill was in good shape, there was enough kitchen stuff for all our needs, with dishwashing soap available and even a small dishwashing machine. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The two twin beds in the smaller bedroom for our 2 teenagers were appreciated as it prevented a lot a fighting between the kids.

Even though it was a very hot week, in the near 80 degrees and over, we were able to stay cool at night thanks to the sea breeze coming through the windows and the two fans in the large bedrooms closets.

The bathroom, although small, was efficient and clean. We never suffered from a lack of hot water.

The people around were friendly and gave us tips about the best places to eat and what to visit.

All and all, it was a very satisfying vacation. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us!
