Hello, I'm Nancy and I am the owner of our family vacation home. We are so fortunate to live in the charming community of South Cape Estates. I have been renting our home for over fifteen years and most families love the location, proximity to several beautiful beaches, great shopping and hiking trails. We want every guest to have a wonderful experience. As always, I am reachable 24/7 to address any question or concern that you have have.

I am a nonprofit fundraiser and live in the North Shore of Boston with my husband Michael and Golden Retriever, Benny. Our adult children and grandkids LOVE coming to the Cape. Yours will also!

What is special about this property?
Our home contains amenities that many places don't offer. First of all, your loveable pooch is always welcome! We also have seven bikes, four kayaks, beach chairs, digital high-capacity washer/dryer, lobster pots, outside shower, portable crib and beach towels! Since cooking is a passion with our family, you would be hard pressed not to find the cooking utensil that you need to make a great dinner. Another special feature about our home is our very large deck with a sectional couch, grill and dining table. We spend the majority of our time on the deck surrounded by the private woods in the back of our home. Come enjoy our house! Our neighborhood is very safe, private and relaxing.

What is special about your town?
Mashpee is a great place to live and/or visit. We have wonderful restaurants, four beaches in close proximity to our home, unique shops in Mashpee Commons, a bowling alley, ice cream shops, awesome lobster rolls (Raw Bar), grocery stores, hiking trails, bird watching and easy access to the island ferries. Best part is, we are upper Cape, meaning less time in traffic getting to your vacation!
