Relax or entertain in our private yard and its beautiful patio with hammock stand for kicking back and enjoying your down time. Six cable equipped TV’s and a smart TV in the Gym area are provided. Easy care tile and wood flooring throughout. Nonsmoking and pets are welcome. Dinner on the patio and drinks and conversation around the fire-pits is our favorite thing to do.

Minutes to Mashpee Commons for world class shopping and restaurants, minutes to Popponesset Bay boat launch, next to Mashpee River hiking trails just across the street great for workouts and dog walking, a 5 minute drive to quaint Cotuit village and its beaches, just 15 minutes to South Cape Beach or Loop beach in Cotuit. The home is nestled between Sandwich Falmouth and Hyannis all just 20 mins away. Golf, tennis, pickle ball, fishing, and biking nearby. Play corn hole or ring hook toss in the private backyard.
