You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill on the patio listening to the ocean waves or make reservations at any of the great nearby restaurants. Spend relaxing days on the beach, just steps from the front door. Refresh in the in-door or outdoor shower. Take a short walk to the Market Place where you can enjoy mini-golf, ice-cream, restaurants, raw bar, shopping and bicycle renting. Or venture out to enjoy nearby golf courses, Mashpee commons, South Cape Beach, gorgeous walking trails, and bicycle paths. You can also choose to do nothing at all.     Hello! We are Ruth and Scott, and we are so happy to share our seaside escape with you. We've owned this special place for the past 5 years, and it's been a true escape for us - a peaceful retreat where we've made countless memories. Now that we are traveling frequently to visit our grown children, we find that we spend less time here ourselves. Rather than let this wonderful space go unused, we've decided to open it up for others to enjoy. This isn't a corporate rental property. We want to share the beauty and serenity of our cottage with guests who will appreciate it as much as we do. We hope that it can become your escape as well.

    What is special about this property?
    While we absolutely love the beach, one of the best things about our property is its location. It offers the perfect balance for guests - those who enjoy the quiet, peaceful escape of the ocean will find it just steps away, but it's also close to everything Cape Cod has to offer. Whether you want to explore charming local shops, dine at renowned restaurants, or experience outdoor adventures, you're just a short drive away from all the exciting things to do on the Cape. It truly is the best of both worlds.
