    What is special about your town?
    Seconsett Island in beautiful Waquoit Bay has wonderful boating, kite surfing and gives you great access to Washburn's Island, Vineyard Sound and a short boat trip to Martha's VIneyard. Within ten minutes you can enjoy Mashpee Commons with great restaurants and shopping.
