Villa Rosa/Close to Town Boat Launch & Kayaking

My husband and I spent 5 weeks at Villa Rosa. Rosa was a wonderful host. She helped us move in and took time to show us around. She had a book with a map to local area beaches.
The house is well appointed with everything you need.

Nice place to stay. Really appreciated having central AC. Well stocked kitchen, accessable laundry and two full bathrooms. Easily accommodate two couples (the second bed was a double). The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk around without any worries.

Rosa was a great host! She was very responsive to any questions and went out of her way to provide extra information and recommendations for the area. The house was fabulous as well! Great spot, spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

Rosa was a great host! Our flight changed and we needed to arrive later than originally expected. Because of that Rosa supplied us with the means to get into her house and came by the next morning to talk about any questions we would have. If I go back to Mashpee I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lovely backyard for enjoying the evening and grilling. The house is spacious, clean & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms are comfortable. The house is close to Mashpee Commons with lots of good restaurants and things to do plus Sprouts Farm where we got fresh veggies and blueberries. Rosa is a great host very pleasant and easy to talk to. It was great to meet her when she was watering her garden.

Beautiful place in a peaceful and private community. The place has everything we needed and was light and airy throughout. Rosa was also a great host and we had a nice time chatting with her and her husband. Would recommend and stay again.

Rosa was outstanding and has done great with the renovations over the years. The house and the yard were immaculate and the house is comfortable and wonderful! We were extremely pleased with her hospitality and Rosa is a great host! We can't wait to come back next year!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Rosa was an excellent host and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There are three boat launches within walking distance which was great for kayaking.

Rosa's place was beautiful and comfortable. We had everything we could need and Rosa added some special touches. We would definitely go back to her home.

Rosa was a wonderful host, took time to reach out ahead of time and throughout our stay she was always a text or phone call away. Her home is clean and inviting, you can tell she takes good care of things. Lovely neighborhood also, always felt safe.

She even provided bagels, fruit and popcorn which was very thoughtful. The house is adorable,spotless,and stocked with everything you may need, Plenty of linens and cooking supplies.the house is in a quiet community with a fenced in yard that the kids appreciated.
