We have had great multiple seasons renting out our cottage with great success! We enjoy renting it to everyone! It is easy to get in and out of and to near-by pristine locations!

What is special about this property?
The cottage is very quaint with steps to a private beach! Set by itself, flowers bloom with brand new linens, towels and pillows for every guests' needs. We also have a brand new microwave and toaster in case the guest wants to stay in for a home-cooked meal! We also have a brand new couch and chair in case the guest decides to stay in for the night! We have pristine, state of the art lighting fixtures. We have plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, first aid kit, sponges and laundry detergent, so the guest does not have to rush out to the store once inside the cottage! We have blankets to keep each guest warm in case the guest decides to star-gaze on those cool brisk summer nights! It's everything guests could ask for and more! Don't miss it!

The cottage is only 1/2 mile from a very quaint marketplace that has restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store, pizza, ice cream, famous lobster rolls, small shops and more! If you're willing to travel out of New Seabury, a short ferry-ride takes you to the very picturesque island of. Nantucket! A few miles down the street is a well-known grocery store, Roche Bros. Next to Roche Bros, is Marshall'a in case you forget an item or want to do some shopping! Mashpee Commons is only a few miles down the street with great outdoor dining, ice cream parlors, unique quaint shops, a bank and more! There is also dry cleaning and more! There is golfing and boating near-by! Martha's Vineyard is also just a short ferry-ride away! Whale watching awaits your very memorable journey! Come joint the fun on very beautiful Cape Cod!
