Short drive to Mashpee Commons for dining, shopping and evening entertainment. Short drive to Cotuit beaches and Attaquin park. 8 miles (15 mins) to South Cape Beach and 11 miles (20 mins) to Craigville Beach. .

Home includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with two single beds. There is a large eat-in, chef's kitchen with walk-in pantry, butcher block table island, double oven, 5-burner gas stovetop and dishwashers.

The upstairs bathroom comes with an air jet stream bathtub and large shower with a shower head jet spa system. There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower on the 1st floor.

Enjoy a large deck with charcoal grill, outside dining area and an outdoor shower, a large fenced-in yard with a fire pit.

Home also includes a washer & dryer and central A/C (on the second floor only).

    Convenient location and very quiet
    August 2024

    This was our first stay in Cape Cod. We brought our dogs along. We had a fenced in yard there where they were safely enclosed. The house was perfect for the four of us and very quiet. It was conveniently located to all activities and priced well. We highly recommend this house. The owner was very thorough with directions.
