Beach cottage for rent in Popponesset. Across from the community center and a 5 minute walk to the beach. You will have access to the community center, which holds arts and crafts, soccer and baseball games for kids during the week in the summer months. There are basketball courts and a playground for the kids.

Access to the PBA private beach & the Spit. The beach is a beautiful white, sandy beach and great for swimming.

The home has two bedrooms- one queen bedroom and a bunk bed with/ a full bottom bunk and twin top. Enjoy the big private yard on a corner lot with an outdoor shower and a firepit after a day at the beach.

Close to The Raw Bar and other restraurants. Mashpee Commons is right down the street for shopping and dining.
