    Fabulous house for 3 generations

    My husband and I rented this house for us, our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. It was set up perfectly for us. The big selling point was the heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed them both- often! We like to cook, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some great seafood meals. The outside area was landscaped nicely, and the inside was decorated very tastefully with coastal colors. We were able to visit several places around the cape from this area. New Seabury is a very nice area. show more show less

    We found this home to be thoughtfully and thoroughly appointed with all that we needed. The decks, plantings, grill, pool, relaxing areas, spa, outdoor shower 2 living rooms fantastic kitchen were all impressive and functional. And comfortable beds! We had a wonderful relaxing week. New Seabury is a great development with shops and restaurants as well. High end features throughout.

    We love the Cape! And we love sharing our home with others who also appreciate the Cape lifestyle. Whether you are looking to unwind by the pool and hot tub, hang out at the beach, walk to the Marketplace, shop/dine/play in Mashpee Commons, or explore Falmouth and the coast, our house has something for everyone.

    What is special about this property?
    With a large, heated private pool and a 6 person hot tub, our home affords a perfect place to relax and unwind. Located in New Seabury, in walking distance of the Marketplace and other New Seabury amenities such as walking and biking trails, this is an easy place for friends and families to enjoy.

    What is special about your town?
    As wikipedia notes, Mashpee is a town in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States, on Cape Cod. The population was 15,060 as of 2020.[1] The town is the site of the headquarters and most members of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, one of two federally recognized Wampanoag groups.

    As part the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' mission to support the creation, management, and dissemination of cultural heritage materials, we acknowledge Indigenous Peoples as the traditional stewards of the land, and the enduring relationship that exists between them and their traditional territories.
