We enjoyed our vacation to Cape Cod in this lovely home with beautiful gardens. Cardinals made daily guest appearances viewed through the slider. Spring flowers were starting to blossom throughout the gardens .The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well decorated with a comfy feel. This rental was in easy driving distance of gorgeous beaches, hiking trails, and restaurants and shops.The residential neighborhood was also comfortable and a short walk to a boat landing and small beach. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!! It was the perfect getaway for my sisters and I to spend some quality time. We absolutely loved your beautiful gardens and spent a lot of time relaxing around the koi pond. We were so comfortable there and had everything we needed that some nights we cancelled plans we had to go out and chose to stay in and cook. Very conveniently located to get to the beach and the shops. We also appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels to use. We will definitely be back and also recommend this to our friends. This was a beautiful, very clean rental in a lovely location, with plenty of space for everyone without anyone feeling claustrophobic. The separate basement area was an added bonus (godsend) for both 4 teenage kids and 4 adults; as was the beautiful outside area with two separate areas to sit, a large barbeque and relaxing koi pond. Stephen, the owner, was fantastic and extremely helpful with information on where to go and what to see during our stay. He called us when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. In short: Everyone including the kids had a great holiday and I would have no hesitation recommending this house to my friends and family. show more show less

The effect of the waterfall flowing into the koi pond was very calming, and watching the koi swimming around was the fun part! The adventure on the river and bay will forever be remembered. I recently brought my husband, two sons, mother, father and uncle for a week's vacation at this lovely property. The inside of the house is spacious and clean, and the gardens outside were amazing! My parents would sit outside in the gardens by the koi pond during the day, while my kids used the kayak and bikes provided with the rental. It was a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to many great restaurants and shopping. The homeowner was very responsive and available when needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a family vacation. show more show less
