[Review from Airbnb] We had family traveling from three different states for a funeral and needed a place at the Cape last minute. When I found Ivy's place she was so helpful-room for 7 people and 2 small dogs for the last weekend of the summer before Labor Day seemed impossible but Ivy's place not only fit the bill it was affordable too. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and plenty of room to gather with two living room areas, a spacious kitchen, and a private backyard with a solo firepit. Ivy was even flexible inletting us check in a little early so we could settle our dogs in before heading to the wake. Large comfortable beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, quiet residential area. Thank you Ivy for helping to make a difficult weekend a little easier for us. I would highly recommend and would book again for a great space to gather for a vacation week or nice weekend on the Cape.

The house had accommodating and nicely decorated living and family room as well as two gathering spaces outside that let us spread out during our stay. Ivy's house was very clean and had well stocked cabinets and toiletries that made our stay comfortable. Her house is as beautiful as the pictures, and the neighborhood is a quiet residental area. Trees enclose the back yard giving you a sense of privacy, and dogs were welcome.

There were lovely trails and pond within walking distance of the house that was a delight to navigate each morning.. Very clean and spacious with lots of room for everyone . Ivy was extremely responsive and prompt in replies to any questions.
