We truly enjoyed our time at your home. It had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. It is close to many attractions but it feels miles away from anything. The neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here! We certainly plan to go back!

Wonderful clean home for 4 couples on a bike trip. Use of the the garage to store the bikes was a bonus. Plenty of room to spread out indoors, not counting the huge, flat backyard with screened area and fire pit. The owners were very responsive. Would definitely come back

We stayed at Sweet Blue and loved it from the minute we walked in the door. The house is exactly as the pictures show and it was very clean!!!! Kaylyn and Matt were very quick to respond to any of our questions. There were 3 crates all set up for our dogs, and 2 bottles of wine and a bag of Cape Cod coffee on the counter. We spent a lot of time on the deck and had a couple of fires in the evening. The house is centrally located between routes 6 and 28. Beds were super comfortable. We really enjoyed staying at Sweet Blue and will definitely stay there again on our next visit to the Cape.

Getting a vacation rental through a website (and not a realtor), was a little nerve wracking for me, you never know what you will get. So when we rented Sweet Blue I was hopeful but a little concerned what we would find.
Well let me say that it was even more beautiful than the pictures on the site. We went with our 3 kids (27 year old daughter, twin 21 year old boys) and I am not overstating it when I say that the property was a big reason our trip was such a success.
The house is the perfect size, in great shape, and very well equiped. The downstairs game room is fantastic (I unfortunately lost our in-family ping pong tournament) but I did win in Foosball and Corn Hole!
The backyard is big and open and perfect, including a fire-pit (yes, s'mores were had) and a deck with screened in canopy over it where we ate and played games.
The beaches are very close by, as are some very good restaurants and a number of outstanding ice cream shops.
Lastly the owners were very attentive and helpful with our questions about places to go and restaurants, very nice folks.
Overall Sweet Blue is just a lovely property and I would recommend it highly to anyone coming up to the Cape.

Our family had such a great time at this place! By far the cleanest place we've ever stayed at. We loved how everything was provided from towels to sheets to wiffle ball and boogie boards and so much more. Kaylyn was so responsive and made sure the kitchen was meticulous for our child with allergies. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Sweet Blue was a wonderful place for our family vacation. This rental offered something for everyone. The fire pit was a great place for my family to gather to tell stories, build memories and laugh. We were able to go to the beach with the supplied beach pass, shop at the Mashpee Commons where we found many deals, paint pottery, and eat at fantastic restaurants. The kitchen at Sweet Blue made it easy to make family meals and was supplied with all the items we needed. The kids had fun playing games inside and out at either the kitchen table, playing ping pong or corn whole. I would highly recommend Sweet Blue for anyone looking for an clean, comfortable rental for a relaxing vacation. This was our second year at Sweet Blue and I continue to be impressed with what is offered.

The host is always ready for families like ours, with kids, grandpas, and this time our two Porties. The neighbors were a bit worried about them the first because they were barking but we learned the right strategies for keeping two dogs at this location. The house was comfortable and everything we needed was there. Gotta love the Cape. 42 years coming up for me and I think 63 years total for my Dad and over 100 for the family. Lots has changed but we will never stop coming up. Fishing was amazing and I'm glad the host doesn't mind us. We clean up after ourselves to make it easy to rebook next year.

A quarter mile from this home is a quiet town maintained freshwater pond with a beach, trails , great for littles and small fisherman and a quiet reading spot. Two more conservation trails which the town may list hikes with leaders at both locations so remember this when you book. Our party was seven adults and everyone took advantage of the ease of location , and household amenities. S'mores by the fire, use of the outdoor screened deck, grill , outdoor shower and game room kept all happy. Entertainment rooms are large and comfortable , movies and gaming were also enjoyed. Hmm the bedding! A perfect formula- luxury hotel bedding. Ask the owner about the pillows!! Sounds silly but no one complained about anything here. The grill and kitchen are perfect and make for an easy night in. Situated near markets, museums, gallery, book shop, thrift store and better shopping areas is a plus. Movie theatre, golf , dinner and a visits to Town Neck pier, Grays beach always made our itinerary . The owner offers a beach pass which addd ease to parking and beach choices especially in the swing of summer. A visit to Heritage Gardens car museum, carousel and trails was a hit! There is also an outdoor adventure park here which will try next time.

This Barnstabke location makes getting to and from Hyannis easy. Also the girls found several thrift shops within five miles. We also enjoyed a small harbor beach just 3 miles which offered swimming , great soft sand and the view of those kayaking and fishing. The Sandwich flea market is near by for those who enjoy a great find! Lobster bisque at Cookes, Chowder from Spankys and boiled lobster at the Cape Cod Canal Fish market just some of our standard finds. Close to entertainment like the Melody tent, and Arts Center, ( book ahead) . Most importantly check the towns for firework displays. Hosts were also available for any question and answered promptly.

Our party had a great time and it was because of the detail and comfort level of the home, that our vacation was so enjoyable! Also the yard is big enough to get steps in if you want to hang at home and enjoy the beauty of the bunny's and backyard birds!
A trip to Provincetown and other Cape locations is easy as the major roads are easily and quickly accessed from this location. We loved our vacation and will return again!

Was very surprised when walking in and realized how large the place was it was also beyond clean inside and out and very quiet area during day and night will definitely be staying here again soon

Had a great time! The house is perfect for a family get away. Kaylin and Matt left our grandson a special EASTER EGG Hunt and an Easter Basket. Our grandson kept us all busy down in the game room. He loved both the ping pong and the Foosball. Will certainly pass on your house to friends and family! Thanks again! Your guys have great taste in decor.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful rental. It has everything you need and then some! The house is very roomy with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a 4th in a nicely done finished basement with separate sitting area with ping pong and a foosball table. Great to keep kids and adults entertained. The owners supplied Cape Cod Coffee supporting a great local business.
The yard is huge with a firepit area for relaxation at the end of the day and a large deck complete with a grill. The beds and bedding were so comfortable making me want to stay in bed all day! But, there is lots to do and see in the area so no time for sleeping all day. Kitchen had everything you need to cook all your meals including air fryer and crock pot. We entertained and it felt like I was at home with all that I needed. Overall, Sweet Blue was the perfect rental for us. We felt right at home and plan to keep going back!

This property is amazing! Sparkly, shiny, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean, not to mention soooo comfortable! Enjoyed the location as well! Was only my husband and I but would be great for a family with all the things to do! Kaylyn & Matt are so easy to work with and the nicest people! Hoping yo go back!

We have been vacationing to the cape for years, Sweet Blue was the nicest house we have stayed at while on the cape. Everything was perfect !! Kaylyn and Matthew are great hosts , any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was really nice to have beach chairs, an umbrella, toys for the kids, and a cooler. The house was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for our family, a beautiful yard with a gas grill, fire pit, a screened gazebo, and games for the the entire family. Air conditioning was great , and all the bedrooms had fans too. The location was perfect , close to grocery stores , restaurants and beaches. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone.

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at Sweet Blue and it was fabulous! Matthew and Kaylyn are wonderful hosts. The home was extremely clean for our arrival and they were very responsive throughout the rental process and during our stay. They yard is huge and our kids enjoyed playing soccer, corn hole, and tag every day. We also loved having the firepit to make s'mores at night. The home is a mile from a "secret" pond that we really enjoyed going to with our kids. We will definitely continue staying here for years to come.

We travel to the Cape every year for vacation and Sweet Blue was one of our favorite houses by far. Kaylyn and Matt have equipped their house with everything we needed. we enjoyed the back yard, fire pit and all the outdoor games as well as the ping pong table in the basement. Absolutely beautiful home!! Well appointed and so so clean!! Very responsive hosts. Loved this area of the Cape. House was convenient to getting to different locations. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this property!!! We hope to stay again in the future.

We can't say enough about Matt and Kaylyn and our memorable stay at Sweet Blue. Of all the years we have vacationed on the Cape, this was the nicest, most comfortable, inviting, and just all-around best vacation rental we've ever had. The home is immaculate and carefully decorated with just about everything you need to have on hand. Kaylyn and Matt gave us so many helpful tips on area hangouts, but we were content to stay back many nights enjoying the outdoor gazebo, beautifully landscaped yard and fire pit. And how about the outdoor shower? Simple amazing. Indoors we had more than enough room with our family of seven to spread out and be comfortable enjoying the Central Air and comfy furniture and comfortable beds. Everything is updated and ready for your stay. We were made to feel right at home, and you were always available if we had any questions or needs. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home, we hope to be back some day!!

We were so happy to have a great host with a house full of cool things for kids do, comfy sheets, beds and pillows, and a yard that we enjoyed. Back yard fishing freezer, fire pit, too.
Most of all I needed a place to park a large boat. This house has it all. Big driveway with a second lot to park another vehicle. Location was great and I'll be staying next year for sure.

Sweet Blue is the best rental place we have ever stayed at. The house was spotless and has everything you need. Not to mention it's decorated so cute it really makes you feel like your home. It's also in a great location to so many things on the cape. The owners Kaylyn and Matthew are very helpful and provided great suggestions of places to go. Trust me you will not be disappointed on this rental. We will be coming back again!!

This was our second stay! We give five stars for comfort on the beds!!! The added use of grill, deck, and sun-drenched large backyard for games was appreciated by my family. The shade tent and enclosure was a luxury for eating and hanging out in the evenings! The kitchen is well stocked including an air fryer! Our family including 8 young adults had plenty of space and enjoyed morning coffee and s'mores around the fire pit. The new hammock this season was a perfect nap spot after the beach! The older kids enjoyed shopping at Mashpee Commons and the movies there, another reason we enjoy Sweet Blue. We had plenty of room no arguments over tv! Cozy for everyone . The game room located in a completely refinished basement allowed for the gamers to enjoy their own setting, a plus for the non-gamers. The home is well maintained and well lit. The Cotuit Arts Center is nearby which may add fun activities to your vacation, we enjoyed a show, and would highly recommend consulting their website to see what is happening during your visit. The Sandwich Flea market is now a new tradition for our family and is a short distance away on Wednesday and Sunday. This rental is accessible to local routes and highways making it a good stay to get the most out of your stay. Many conservation areas nearby for trails and nature! The owners make sure the home is equipped with all, propane and wood and complimentary goodies in the kitchen! And well , the beaches. We have nothing but good things to say!!

Property is immaculate. Plenty of space for a family in a wonderful residential neighborhood centrally located to all conveniences. Perfect for a family vacation. Central air is a huge bonus, outdoor fire pit, and game room made it even more fun..!

Kaylynn and Matt are great hosts very attentive and their response time is super quick! Kaylynn knew we were traveling as a larger family with an infant and toddler plus three children. Kaylynn went out and purchased two pack n plays, mattresses and sheets for the pack n plays as well as toddler bowls, cups and spoons for our 1 year old grandson! Upon arrival the house was spotless, you could smell how clean it was! A really nice touch was a bottle of red and a white wine were waiting for us upon arrival as well as a new bag of D&D coffee for our use!

Super clean, bedding was comfortable (if you do not like firm mattresses it could be an issue they were all pretty firm). The kids LOVED playing foosball and ping pong! There is a nice fire pit area and the yard is level, well manicured and fun to hang out after a Long Beach day! We all loved playing cornhole (which is supplied by Matt and Kaylynn. They have a nice deck with a screened in gazebo which was nice to hang out in at night when the mosquitos came out). We cooked most nights on the propane grill (Kaylynn and Matt supplied all the propane which was great). Kitchen is well stocked (could use a few more utensils for larger groups). The home is decorated very tastefully! We hit a heatwave while here it was great having central AC in the upper part of the home, however while the weather was in the lower 80's the downstairs finished area was very comfortable but as the temperature rose the downstairs got a little too warm adding AC downstairs would be recommended. There are two bathrooms both with showers (no tub to bath toddlers but there is a large single kitchen sink) our 15 month old grandson fit and was able to bath in the sink!

For people vacationing with multiple families the downstairs bathroom is sort of a micro mini bathroom tiny sink and tiny shower, we worked around this by utilizing the outdoor shower plus the main level bathroom had a nice shower! The three grandkids used what we called the micro mini shower so it does work out fine but worth mentioning!

Kaylynn and Matt supplied beach chairs and boogie boards to use at the beach which is such a space saver while traveling no need to lug bulky chairs to and from vacation. This home is on a busy roadway. However, the side yard where there is another small driveway enters onto a side street where you're able to walk or bike if you choose.

The area this home is in was a great jumping off point to many beaches and different areas of the Cape. As stated before we were a party of 11 which worked out nicely. However, any larger than that I think would have been too tight. I highly recommend this rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sweet Blue! The home was well equipped with everything you could imagine for a fun and relaxing visit. The game room was awesome...as well as the fire pit and BIG backyard for fun and more games! If you have trouble sleeping in someone else's house...you will NOT have a problem here...the beds/mattresses are magnificent!

Sweet Blue is in a great location. The local markets and restaurants are some of the BEST on the Cape and hiking trails are EVERYWHERE! We also loved the "Upstairs/Downstairs" layout. Perfect for a family with kiddoes who need to be separated for naps/early bedtimes...Let me not forget how absolutely clean this home and property are. Well maintained and immaculate.

From time of booking to end of vacation, the communication with Matt and Kaylyn was transparent and open!

My family and I showed up to the property welcomed with a tour of the home and wine…what a way to start a vacation. They offered multiple recommendations nearby and we took full advantage of them without disappointment. The neighborhood is quiet and still close to so many different places.

We spent many of our nights at the house. We loved the deck in the back, enjoyed fires at the fire pit and endless rounds of Kan Jam and wiffle ball. After our long nights we hopped into the comfy cozy beds and were ready for another day of activities.

Overall, great, central location, highly responsive owners and a perfect start to the summer. Booking next year ASAP!!

It's all here. Conveniently located to sample several beaches, ponds, hiking and preserved trails. Shopping centers are nearby including grocery, upscale and outlets as well as thrift and several book stores nearby.

This house is spacious 2 bathrooms and 3 showers means back from the beach and ready for dinner in no time. We enjoyed the shaded dining on the deck and s'mores in the eve. The house screams comfort and all of the details including beach chairs, basic toiletries and towels and beautiful linens made the stay more in line with a fine hotel. Quiet setting, thoughtfully can't complain! We loved the start of our summer at Sweet Blue!

We loved this rental and will definitely be back! Space for everyone in our party, the boys LOVED the Foosball table, and the adults loved relaxing around the firepit with a few cocktails! Ping pong tournaments were a hit with the kids and adults too. The outdoor shower was wonderful after a day at the beach! The beds were super comfortable thank God! Everything was brand new and beautifully decorated. We didn't want to leave!! Owners were super kind and responsive to questions we had when booking! Thank you!!!!

The house was beautiful. The yard was large for the kids, and they loved the firepit. One of the nicest vacation homes we have stayed in. You get more than your moneys worth in quality here. The homeowners were very respectful and kind as well, which is also a plus. When we are in the area again, we definitely will be staying here!

This rental is much larger than it appears in the pictures. Rooms are very spacious with ample space for multiple families or a few couples. Kitchen was well stocked with the normal amenities that you use daily. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer. Just a short distance from any recreational activities you choose to do as well as close to beaches (fresh or salt), kayaking, biking or nature walks on the many hiking trails. There is board games, ping pong table and foosball table for entertainment inside the house. Outside there is a gazebo with table & comfy chairs. There is a very large sitting area surrounding a gorgeous fire pit with a nighttime view of the most incredibly amazing stars I've ever seen. Perfect way to end a fun filled day. I loved this rental and will certainly be a repeat customer. Thanks so much for a great stay.

The house has a great flow, room sizes were bigger than pictures showed. The backyard was great for games.
