Our condo has 3 floors of spacious living space for a family to enjoy. It's a 3 bedroom and 2 and half bath with AC in all floors. WIFI, smart TV, washer and dryer, bed linens, pool and beach towels, beach chair, and umbrella.

Fully stocked kitchen with dining for 6 and a sunken living room with patio door leading to outdoor deck for grilling. There's a cute loft area with patio door leading to a very large roof deck.

Master bedroom has queen bed and ensuite. Second floor bedroom has 1 queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. There are 2 twin beds in the third bedroom which is located on the 3rd floor. Washer and dryer are also on the 3rd floor near the loft. There's also a second bathroom on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the first floor.

The pool is only a few steps from our back deck and the beach is 300 feet from our front door. Hy-Line Cruises is half mile and the Steamship Authority is 1.5 miles from our condo. Walking distance to both ferries and Main Street for shopping and/or dining. Many attractions just minutes away.
