WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Everything is here. This vacation home is well-appointed with three bedrooms (K, Q, F), two full bathrooms, main level washer and dryer, spacious living room, and fully-applianced kitchen (with dishwasher) for those who enjoy cooking some meals at home. There are vaulted ceilings and a skylight to bring in extra light during the day.

The house has high-speed WIFI, flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room. There is also a game/activity area on the lower level with large screen tv, and streaming devices for your use. There is central A/C and heat depending on the season of your stay! Beach chairs and beach blankets are even available for your use, leaving some extra room in the car to pack Fido and your boogie board! We leave you with clear instructions and tips to help you make the most of everything the space has to offer. We're just a text or phone call away to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

The primary bedroom is designed with total relaxation in mind. There is a King size bed and memory foam topper, with en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower. Queen bedroom and Full bedroom share a full bath just across the hall. High Quality bed linens and bath towels are provided. A commercial washer and dryer are conveniently located just down the hall from the bedrooms on the main floor/living area. There is a sliding door located off the kitchen to bring you outside to the beautiful deck and BBQ area where you will be surrounded by lush landscaping and ample privacy. The home also features an attached garage which you may use to safely store your bikes and other beach gear.

Hyannis Woods is a lovely residential neighborhood of single family homes. It is located just 1.5 miles from Centerville in one direction, and the Hyannis waterfront and Main Street shops and restaurants are just a few miles in the other direction! You will be located 5 minutes to the best of Mid Cape! Hyannis is a seaside village on the Cape Cod peninsula in Massachusetts. It is the largest of the seven villages in the town of Barnstable. Filled with a plentitude of wonderful shops, artist galleries, live music, amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches and so much more...you can be as busy as you want to be. Hyannis is ideally located, allowing for endless activities and day trips in many directions including close-by ferry and air transport to the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

With reasonable rates and lower minimum stays off season, Nancy's Cape Cod Beach Home provides an opportunity for everyone to come and enjoy all the wonders of Cape Cod. During prime season the arrival/departure day is Sunday - allowing your travels to be a bit easier. Multiple week stays are available and stays over 31 days are exempt from the State and Cape Cod short term rental taxes. Outside of prime season, the minimum stay is 3 nights, allowing greater flexibility for your time and budget.

Pets are welcome with owner approval!
