Come spend your summer vacation in our lovely beach ranch! Summer Belle offers central A/C with a total of 3 bedrooms along with 3 bathrooms for easy accessibility & comfort.

Main bedroom includes a sky lighted vaulted ceiling and exposed beams with a queen bed and private 3/4 bathroom. Another bedroom includes twin bunk beds great for the kiddos! Final bedroom offers a twin over a double bunk. The second bathroom on first floor offers another step-in shower. Final bathroom with step-in shower is available on the ground (basement) floor. The basement includes a washer/dryer, a sitting area with a foosball/tabletop soccer table and walk-out basement. Add this to an outdoor shower. Enjoy a refreshing shower after your beach day!

The living room features plenty of natural light, two comfy couches & a vaulted ceiling with another set of exposed beams and a Smart T.V. with WiFi for easy streaming from your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon's Prime Video, Peacock, YouTube etc. accounts. The well stocked full kitchen features a dining space, granite countertops and a gas stove...great for preparing homecooked meals or ordering take-out/delivery from our local establishments. Make your way onto the partially fenced in peaceful backyard deck area (includes an easy-to-use Weber gas grill). Relax on the new Polywood patio set and enjoy an evening of refreshments after taking in all the sunshine!

Summer Belle offers a short and convenient 2.5-mile drive to Covell's Beach (a quieter resident beach which you can access with our 2024 landlord's beach pass, included!) & Craigville Beach(public). Throughout your stay, you may use the pass to explore all Barnstable beaches and ponds! Then relax after a day at the beach with the kiddos in the backyard making s'mores on the lovely wood burning firepit stone patio.

Enjoy dinner at local restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown Hyannis (5-10min. drive). The Cape Cod Melody Tent is on West Main St. in Hyannis--only a 1.2 mile walk away from our home. They offer summer concerts and shows. Check their schedule online for more information. Evening stroll anyone? Steve & Sue's Par-Tee Freeze is less than 1/2 mile walk for ice cream,mini golf, and more or visit the Barnstable Brewery in the same plaza. Visit the islands for a day of shopping or sightseeing by booking (10 minute drive) Hy-Line cruises to either Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard.

    Excellent Cape home a short drive to the Beach
    September 2024

    We stayed at the Summer Belle for a week in August. It's a great location close to the beach and not too far from Downtown Hyannis. We loved the deck and the fire pit! The house was clean and decorated nicely. We highly recommend this Cape home for anyone looking for a place to rent in Hyannis.

    4th of July Family Vacation
    July 2024

    My family and I chose this property to stay 4th of July week due to its central location. We enjoyed being so close to Barnstable Brewery within walking distance to enjoy a couple beers while on the provided grill and beautiful deck. We were also able to walk to Partee Freeze for desert! Minnie golf was a bonus. Accommodations were very comfortable, three bathrooms and outdoor shower were a double HUGE bonus for seven of us. Communication was fantastic, Sylvia was very timely in her responses. The beach pass was wonderful to be included as well. Will definitely be back with friends in the very near future. show more show less
