This home is in a great location - only half a mile ( easy walk) to Keyes Beach and a mile to Veterans Beach. Short drive to Kalmus (1.5 mi), Craigville (3.5 mi) and so many others. A mile to the docks and boats for touring, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Our home is not handicapped accessable.

Home is half of a 2 family. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms with one Queen bed and the other bedroom with one twin and one double bed, full bathroom with tub shower. Main floor with fully stocked eat in kitchen with half bath and Living room with queen sofa bed. Cellar has beach supplies (chairs, mats, buggy to carry). Washer and dryer and walk-out cellar. Outside has gas grill and private dining area. Fire pit with chairs and more chairs in shade to relax.

Parking for 3-4 cars. Quiet family neighborhood in off-season, busier in summer.

Love Baseball? Walk half a mile to the field and catch the Hyannis Harbor Hawks play in the Cape Cod Baseball League. Shopping and eating on Main Street also only a half hour away or the Kennedy Museum. Hyannis has a great transportation system as well- bikes, uber, lyft, trolley, train on w/e to Boston, busses.

No pets (allergies), parties or celebrations.

No smoking in unit. Leaving popular rental platform after 7 years with great reviews.

    Everything we needed for a relaxed beach vacation
    We live in an area where you have to drive to get anywhere so this location worked great for us. On low key days we could access local beaches and when we were feeling adventurous we could venture out to the national seashore. The beach cart on property was so useful to have access to, especially with 3 young children to pack for. (VRBO REVIEW)

    Hyannis Home
    The property was exactly as explained: Beds were very comfortable. 1 & 1/2 bathrooms was a plus for 4 people. Living area and kitchen/table comfortable for 4 people. Nice backyard with table and chairs and sun umbrella a plus. Off-street parking for two vehicles. Owner sent suggestions for activities in Hyannis during our stay. (VRBO REVIEW)

    Central location
    Great central location in Hyannis. Easy half mile walk to both the beach and main street for shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our week. At times the neighborhood was a little loud but overall did not impact our stay. Our trip was half vacation and half dance competition at the Hyannis Resort and Conference Center which also is only about half a mile away and the house was the perfect respite from the busyness of the competition. yet easy to go back and forth when needed.     Awesome place
    The house is simple and awesome. 5 min walk to beach and the Main Street. Only down side was the Wi-Fi wasn't very good, but hi we were on vacation and it's nice to switch off from the outside world for a while. The owners were great

    Re: internet- I wish you contacted me. Guest's coming after you had problem, texted me and easily solved by unplugging then plugging in google extenders to reboot. Tests on internet speed "blazing fast".

    Cozy, Comfortable and Amazing location
    The house is not fancy kind but cozy and comfortable, having everything you need, just like home. Hair dryer, plenty of clean towels, wash clothes, blankets, throws....Kitchen has enough supplies but we ended up not using any. the three beds are all very comfortable, bedrooms are quiet, curtains are uv blocking, hence bedrooms keep night and dark if you want to sleep late. It is a town house but we couldn't hear any noise at all from the other side. There are also plenty of toys/board games in the tv cabinet to entertain bored children. Owner Patti is very kind and responsive, just like an old friend! She helped us fix the shower water temp right away! on top of everything, the location of the property is gold!!! Easy stroll to downtown area with restaurants, stores, ice cream... easy stroll to a few quiet beaches... for a family with young children need variety of things to do, this works perfectly!     Better than the pictures!
    The place was so clean. I was worried because there weren't bathroom pictures but they are both clean as whistles. Never worried about cleanliness. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the beach and main st. Would love to come back and enjoy Hyannis more with family to use the kitchen, grill, and fire pit next time. VRBO REVIEW

    Chris and I are college sweethearts. I grew up on the south shore of Massachusetts with easy access to the beach in 30 minutes. Chris is from Connecticut, and we chose to live and raise our family there. It was always a challenge trying to get to some beach taking over two hours to get there on a good day. Patti has always kept her eye out for a home closer to the ocean, and we chose Cape Cod because two of her brothers owned homes there already. Back in 2008 we lucked out! Our home is within walking distance of the beach and Main Street Hyannis. We have been renting to so many families since that time, creating so many beautiful memories.

    What is special about this property?
    The best part of our cozy home is the location. You can walk to most everything- beaches are half mile, 1 mile and 1 1/2 miles away depending on which one you choose. The dock and boats to the islands are a mile or so and the beginning of Main St is a half mile. Churches, pharmacies, stores and restaurants all 1/2 to 1 mile away. There are buses to Falmouth, Ptown and Boston. We really are in the middle of everything!

    What is special about your town?
    Main Street Hyannis is the hub of the cape with some of the best restaurants, shops and entertainment.
