At “Little Cozy”, you’re within a short drive to several other beaches of choice, Hyannis Harbor to catch a ferry for a trip to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard Island, waterfront dining, Hyannis Main Street for nightlife, dining and boutique shopping. Additionally, the home is located on the 2.2 mile walk trail route to Squaw Island which includes views of the Squaw Island Marsh, Nantucket Sound and a golf course.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have King size beds, and the third has a twin bed. The first floor offers two living rooms, a kitchen, and another full bath. One living room has a pull out sofa for extra space.
