    It was a great week of fun and relaxation. We loved the beach setting and access to the water. There is nothing like being right on the water. The cottage was impeccably clean. The appliances and bathrooms were top notch. We give it a 5 star rating.
    The location was ideal. Just a short distance to restaurants and the Ferry Terminal. The location to the Ferry Terminal made our day trip to Martha's Vineyard quite painless.

    We are from California. Our children and grand children reside in Massachusetts and we wanted to share a special vacation while making travel easier for them. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Everything about the cottage was carefully designed and thought out. Swimming in the sound was quite lovely.

    My family has rented this house for 4 straight years now, and will continue to do so. It's a perfect getaway with a perfect private beach, updated features throughout the house, and an amazing cozy feel. It's very close to downtown Hyannis, and there's plenty of areas to explore for bike rides or runs. I highly recommend.

    What a spectacular experience! The beachfront property has a private water access, the charming house has all the amenities we could need - modern kitchen, two full baths and an outdoor shower, multiple TVs for rainy day contingency plans, clean grill with provided propane, and multiple outdoor seating areas. Super close to restaurants and shopping if you need a break from the picturesque backyard.My family had a wonderful experience and we cannot wait to come back!

    51 Hawes is the perfect Cape Cod beach rental! The cottage is located right on the water, just a mile from downtown and a short walk to the beach. The house was picture perfect - recently updated, clean, quiet and perfect for our family. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Michelle was very responsive and great to work with. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Very excited to go back!
