In true Cape Cod tradition the owners of this house have maintained the originality of the Cypress wood walls and wide pine floors that were once popular in every Cape Cod Cottage. With all of the modern amenities present you will enjoy the comforts of this house. 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths cottage. Central a/c, Wifi, Washer/Dryer, Weber gas grill. Step out onto the large private deck and enjoy nature's bounty. Sit quietly and watch the birds come and go, read a book in one of the chaise lounges or take an afternoon snooze. Parking for 2 cars.

This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach. A 5-minute stroll. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.

This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management, linen service, beach towels and beach chairs. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 21 to August 30. 2-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 21 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between August 30 and October 30 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).

Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannisport, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound.

There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.

Hyannis is considered to be ''The Capitol'' of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.
