Great location on the Cape!
We had such a great trip and Bill made our stay so easy! The property is in the perfect location, walk out to the beach and 5-10 min drive to restaurants, shopping and ferry. The place was clean and spacious, it's a little out dated but the location can't be beat. Bill was incredibly helpful and gave perfect instructions which made everything so easy. He was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I hope we have a chance to stay again!

Great summer vacation with young kids
We had a great time in Hyannis. We split the condo with another family. In total there were 4 adults and 4 kids (ages: 3, 5, 5, 8). The combination of being right on the beach plus having access to a pool was awesome for our kids. Another highlight is a creek down the beach where we caught crabs. Tons to do in Hyannis. Lots of good family friendly restaurants and boat tours. Check in process was easy and condo was just as described.

Terrific vacation spot
Our stay at Bill's place was terrific! We loved being able to walk out from the back deck to the beach, and the pool was great for the kids. The condo was perfect for our group - we never felt cramped with all the beds, bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 decks. Bill is lovely, was very responsive before and during our stay, and even managed to find us an extra parking spot last minute! We'd rent again in a heartbeat!

Just what our family needed
This condo is exactly as described, being able to walk out the back door to the beach is exactly what we wanted and we got.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the Yaughtsman Property just steps to the beach, playground and pool. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. The beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed. We appreciated the extra parking spot and ease of communication with owner.

Great location
This is a great location, steps to the beach, view and convenience can't be beat. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of dishware and cooking equipment for a family of 6 to last the full day without having to re-wash between ever meal.

Location could not have been more accessible to beach and pool. Condo had everything you could need and comfy beds . Made for an enjoyable week

This was the perfect Unit and the perfect location! We had a fantastic vacation!

We have had many vacations at the Cape, but this was our favorite location and property! We loved being able to walk to town and to the ferries. The views from the unit are beautiful and you can’t beat walking out on to your own private beach. We were very comfortable in the unit. I highly recommend this rental. We will be back! We all gave the place an A++

Location was wonderful. Own private beach with plenty of room to set up your beach umbrella/blanket/chairs and other beach items. Great walking beach which extended a long way to the State beaches. Close to Ferry/restaurants/trolley/park with playground. Townhouse/condo was spacious for everyone, however, bathrooms need to be renovated and couches in living room and sitting room need replacing. Nevertheless, our family had a wonderful time and will consider coming back next year.

OWNER RESPONSE: All new furniture for the living room, including 2 new couches were purchased in mid June, however the store was out of stock and they needed to be factory ordered. They have recently been delivered to the store in Yarmouth and will be installed in our Beach Front Home as soon as we return to the unit. The powder room has been updated and we will take under advisement the comments on the other Bathrooms.

This was our first time to the Cape, and everything was incredible! After one day my grandchildren asked if we could come back every year. Hyannis is the perfect vacation spot. Close proximity to everything. We walked right out to the beach every morning. The townhouse felt like home. We could walk to dinner at night. It was only a few minutes to get to a whale watch....the highlight of our trip. Having a pool with a lifeguard was a huge plus. Ending our night in the beautiful condo was wonderful. We can't wait to return!

This rental was fantastic for this family of 6. Plenty of space - we loved the layout. No one got in each other's way and everyone had their own space to do what they wanted. The rental had everything you need to be comfortable. Also loved that is in centrally located so you can visit so many spots on the Cape and Boston. The location on the water was fabulous - so picturesque, peaceful and fun. We had a great time - thank you!

This was our first trip to Hyannis and it will be tough to beat. This spacious condo with direct beach access, just around the corner from a heated pool with a lifeguard was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids; aged 5, 3 and 1 who absolutely loved our days at the beach, pool or both. The grandparents enjoyed the variety of activities as well, but could always relax in the condo. We also walked downtown for several activities which took less than 15 minutes. There's simply too much to do of list in this review.

As for the condo itself, there's so much room. Did I mention you walk right out onto the beach? We started every morning with a walk on the beach. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We can't wait to return!
