    The Perfect Cape Vacation Spot

    This was a perfect spot to spend a relaxing Cape vacation with our family and friends. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out, sleep, work, cook (kitchen has everything you'd need and then some), eat, and play. The downstairs recreation/movie room kept the kids busy and happy and the deck and fire pit were the perfect spots for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Great location too, being near the beach and Wequassett. Can't wait to go back!

    What is special about this property?
    We have taken care to furnish the home with all the comforts we would want on a Cape retreat. The living room, tv den, downstairs theatre, and spacious deck all have comfy couches and cozy nooks. Our chef's kitchen has everything you need to cook up your fresh caught local delicacies or sip your perfect cup of morning coffee in peace. Each bedroom is appointed with quality linens and ample personal space. This house has hosted movie nights, puzzle days and s'mores and fire pit hangs for years.

    What is special about your town?
    Located just steps away from the Wequassett Resort, this home is convenient to all the Cape favorites. Enjoy Harwich and Chatham's historic downtown museums, shops and restaurants, and of course weekly night band concerts. Visit the fish pier and pick up the local catch for a fresh caught dinner. Spend a day at one of the area family beaches, or drive down the road to enjoy the waves of Nauset and the National Seashore. Explore the miles of biking on Cape Cod rail trail or mini golf competitions along the way. Grab a kayak or sailing lesson from nearby Pleasant Bay Community Boating and explore the natural beauty of Pleasant Bay. Catch one of the famous Cape baseball league games in season.
