    This house is absolutely stunning and had more than enough room for 3 families. The pool and backyard with large grill and pizza oven are amazing and there is even an umbrella for the sun/soaking area. The attention to detail in the design of the home is outstanding. There were plenty of comfortable beds and sitting areas for all of us and the guest house allows for some privacy from the main house. The kids loved the arcade and access to paddle boards with a pond near by. The fully equipped kitchen was a joy to cook in and Anthony and Laura were extremely gracious hosts. show more show less

    Gorgeous home!

    This home is absolutely beautiful with every amenity! It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The beds are all comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, the yard is huge and the pool is amazing. There is plenty of seating for everyone in a few different spots inside and out. The outdoor kitchen is great with a large table. The home is super close to a pond and you can drive to many nearby beaches.
    I stayed with two other families and teenagers and there was plenty of space for all.
    We highly recommend this brand new, beautifully appointed home! We didn't want to leave (neither will you)!

    We were blown away by how nice this home is, from the accommodations to the grounds and much more. It's like a private resort. Everything is top of the line and beautifully designed. The completely private back yard is beautifully landscaped, with a gorgeous pool, outdoor cooking area and plenty of space for lounging around. We were so happy with the home that if we weren't beach people we would have been very happy staying there, without leaving the property, during our entire vacation. We highly recommend it.     The owners of this home are Massachusetts -based and work in the real estate industry, managing hundreds of rental units across the state. The construction of this home was completed in 2023 and the owners have decided to periodically rent out their home when they are not able to utilize it.

    What is special about this property?
    The private location and access to Hawksnest State Forest are what makes this property unique from other homes listed in this platform. Take a dip in the pool and hang out in the huge back yard, then take the paddleboards down to Hawksnest Pond for a swim in the crystal clear water, or go for a hike in the woods. Or hang in the basement playing arcade games and ping pong. But, if you get tired of lounging at the house, we are just a short drive to Harwichport and Chatham.

    What is special about your town?
    Harwich, and the Mid Cape area in general are a great centralized location of Cape Cod. The beaches in this area are plentiful and exceptional comparative to other areas of the Cape. But, with this house location, you are a short drive to Route 6 and can get to all of the other towns in this area, and even those in the Outer Cape area, like Wellfleet and Provincetown.
