It is setup with two Twin beds that can be easily put together as a King bed. This cottage features a complete kitchen with a small portable island/counter and stools, a full bath with stall shower, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

The exterior has a deck with an umbrella and table set. This the smallest of three free standing cottages in the Ocean Walk condominium complex whose main building is a restored 19th century farmhouse that has three residential units and one office unit, with a common area lawn out front, conveniently located on Harwichport’s main street that’s a less than ten minute walk to Bank Street Beach on Nantucket Sound.

his ideal location with two parking spaces is an easy stroll to the shops, galleries, and restaurants/bars as well. In addition, there’s Port Night on Wednesdays throughout the Summer sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce which features live bands of many genres playing at various locations along the street. Also, it’s a short distance to other area attractions such as Saquatucket Harbor and The Freedom Ferry to Nantucket, the Monomoy Island Excursion boat, bicycling on The Cape Cod Rail Trail, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and the Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League. The National Seashore’s Coast Guard Beach in Eastham, on a Top Ten in the U.S. list, is only a 17 mile drive, or ride your bike there on the Rail Trail!
