One bedroom has bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. 3rd bedroom has full size bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs and newer furnishings.

Enjoy Port nights in the summer with a short walk to downtown Harwichport and 15 minute walk to Bank St Beach. Private road on a quiet street with access to Cold Brook Preserve conservation trail with three beautiful ponds and paved trails. Take a day trip to Nantucket and walk to Nantucket Freedom Ferry which is a short five minute walk from the house. Enjoy large yard with gorgeous hydrangeas and large deck for al fresco dinners.

Close to all that Harwichport has to offer yet tucked away on a private street. After a day at Bank Street Beach (0.6 mile walk) take an outdoor shower and walk to town ( .4 miles) for dinner and Sundae School ice cream.

    A really lovely home - it seems the house has been recently renovated. When we arrived, it was very clean, provided everything you need. A very short walk to Harwichport and the beach, on a nice quiet street. Would definitely recommend

    Perfect little Cape house!

    We stayed here with our little kids and my mother in law. It was the perfect size and had all the amenities. It was such a quiet street and very peaceful. The house was immaculate and completely updated. The rentee was very responsive and non intrusive- she just let us ENJOY our vacation! I would absolutely rent again. From the beautifully maintained yard to the distance to everything we like to do in Harwich Port, it was the perfect little spot!

    My children and I have been vacationing in Harwichport for the past 11 years and this property was definitely one of the best! Immaculate upon arrival, every amenity from home that you could possibly need, walk to Harwichport Center and walk on at Bank Street Beach! The backyard was very spacious and beautifully kept, perfect yard for kids and adults alike! The homeowners are very responsive in making sure that renters have everything they need… an absolutely beautiful property, we will definitely be back! show more show less

    We are a family of four and I grew up vacationing on Cape Cod every summer. I introduced my family to CC and they fell in love. We bought this house in 2016 and made many improvements. We added air conditioning, new appliances, refinished the floors, added a deck and outdoor shower. We completely landscaped the yard and enjoy the hydrangeas. The location is private and quiet. Many neighbors are year round residents and we love the privacy yet the proximity to town and the beach are ideal.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is very special to us. We worked so hard to upgrade all the amenities. We love the neighborhood and the private quiet road that abutts conservation property. The proximity to downtown Harwichport is the largest asset for us. We love walking into town daily and walking to Bank Street beach.

    The proximity to downtown Harwichport and the beach is so valuable. The walk into town is an easy ten minute walk. Harwichport has many restaurants, shops and a vibrant night life in the summer.
