Main door opens to a wide open living room with sliders to the main deck. Small bar/kitchenette to your right, and a large renovated kitchen with dining area is to the left of the living room. Ground floor has 2 bedrooms - a spacious master bedroom with a queen bed, and a smaller kids' room with a bunk bed (full+twin) and a trundle bed. Taking a dozen stairs up from the main hallway gets you to the second floor, which has two more bedrooms, separated by an office/reading nook area. To the left - a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a tub. To the right - a kids' room with two twin beds and a work desk. Both bedrooms have sliders to balconies overlooking the deck and the lake.

Outdoor space is highlighted by the spacious deck with a bar and outdoor dining area, a stone patio with a gas grill and a firepit, a brand new outdoor shower, followed by a staircase walkway to your private beach, dock, and seating area on Sand Pond - a pristine freshwater lake perfect for swimming, kayaking or paddle-boarding, and fishing.

End of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded on 3 sides by conservation lands with private walking trails. End of the street has direct bike access (over a working cranberry farm) to the Cape Cod bike trail. Minutes to Harwich and Dennisport beaches and downtown by car. 3-4 minutes by bike to Cape Cod Bike Trail. 6-7 minutes by car to downtown Harwich, 7-8 minutes to Harwich Port and saltwater beaches in Harwich or Dennisport. read more show less
