What a lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard view is like a postcard and the perfect place to entertain or just to read your book. Kitchen is well equipped. The coffee maker makes the best coffee which is rare in a rental property. The location is perfect because it's a 2-minute drive off Route 6. It's centrally located; so not too far to Route 28 and Route 6A and close to Chatham which is - in my opinion - the best shopping spot on the Cape. We have rented for many years in the Harwich area, and this is by far the best location! You won't be disappointed. show more show less

What a welcoming place to stay while on summer vacation at the Cape! This Harwich location was easy to find and located conveniently very close to the exit (without the noise of cars) in a beautiful wooded quiet neighborhood. Clean and pristine inside and a very open living area including a big screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen if you decide to eat in. Or cook out on the grill on deck which is located right off the dining room. Lovely backyard. Picturesque view. Quiet. Relaxing. This rental property was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful week here and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would rent here again.

We loved our stay at "Just beach it"! The home is immaculate, just the right size for us, with beautiful pond views. We were conveniently located to all points of interest to us on the Cape.

My family and I so enjoyed this lovely home! It was neat, comfortable & well decorated, being equipped with everything needed. The nice grounds, fire pit & patio were a treat! Lastly, Gloria was amazing- very helpful & kind!

The house was very updated, clean, and well appointed. We really enjoyed the location - super convenient to many beaches and restaurants, everything was close by. We loved the tennis and pickleball court and enjoyed relaxing on the spacious deck after the beach. We were so pleased with the accommodations. We had a great stay. This house is the perfect home away from home. It is really clean, A/C in every room, comfortable and spacious rooms, well furnished. We loved the deck and outside shower as well. Perfectly located if you feel like driving around the Cape to discover this treasure but close to a really nice beach too. The owners are really convenient also. We will be back!
