    This Harwichport beach house was my mother's and in the family since 1980. I wholly purchased in 2021and rent out to cover financing costs and keep in family. The place means a lot to me and have passionately fixed up this place inside and out and equipped for family vacation fun!

    I reside in Braintree, MA and happy to engage in any dialogue or questions about this property, Harwichport or the Cape. Ensuring your family is properly communicated with, protected and set up for fun IS my job!



    What is special about this property?
    This is one of the best locations in all the Cape, right on Nantucket Sound. This is a quintessential park n play location, steps from the beach and town restaurants, bars and more. The beach is resort like fabulous and happy to share additional photos.

    If you do like to venture, it's 20 minutes to the Cape Cod National Seashore, 20 minutes to Hyannis including the Martha's Vineyard ferry, 5 minutes to the Harwich based Nantucket ferry.

    Harwichport gets in your soul and have had so many memories and now have truly enjoying sharing with so many families over the last few years.

    What is special about your town?
    Thew location is premier with beaches, shops, town all walking distance. It has it all nearby, golf, superb bike trails, boating, fishing, national seashore and the largest fresh-water pond on the Cape Long Pond is in Harwich, 10 minutes.
