Come stay at Perfect 10! This Cape Cod condo Cottage is one of THREE available units belonging to the popular Wychmere Village complex in Harwich Port.

The adorable, 2 bedroom cottage is located 1 mile from the heart of Harwich Port and offers families a private back yard with an outdoor shower and grill. Located 1 mile from downtown Harwich Port, Red River Beach, and Saquatucket Harbor. This condo offers two parking spots right in front of the unit. Free Wifi and Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu for your enjoyment. A pool in common space of the community, but party must have at least one individual present at ALL times with a valid CPR/First Aid/AED certificate.

One main bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has an AC unit to keep you cool. The couch in the living room is a futon that can be converted for more sleeping space.

There is one full bathroom (standing shower) inside the unit.

Full galley kitchen with small kitchen table (no dishwasher).

Private outdoor space with outdoor furniture, a grill, and outdoor shower. Perfect for family dinners. Linens and Towels are not included but can be added for an additional fee. Propane Provided, Enough for Grille and Fire Pits Provided.

While there is no Washer/ Dryer in unit, there is a laundromat at Cranberry Laundry at 2 Doane Rd, Harwich Port. They even have wash and fold services available for your convenience.
