    Great location in the Cape

We stayed at the house with five adults and one toddler (3 years old). The house had ample room for us to spread out with many indoor activities. The neighborhood was very quiet, allowing for kids to walk safely to either of the two freshwater beaches nearby. The house has ample parking and is surprisingly well-stocked with multiple copies of everything we needed, with stores nearby. We had many opportunities for fun trips to beaches, parks and other Cape attractions; often, we chose to relax in nearby Buck's pond, swimming, paddling and playing in the sand. Tom provided great information ahead of time, and made the rental process very easy for us. I'd love to return and enjoy more of the outdoor activities in the area. show more show less

    Love it!

We have rented this home for a few summers and we absolutely love it. Perfect location with easy access to Bucks or John Joseph's Ponds. Home is amazingly organized and has something for everyone. Tom is great to work with and always accommodating. Always look forward to vacationing here.

    Wish We Could Stay Longer

I just returned from a mid-September vacation week on the Cape and loved staying at this home. There were 5 of us (4 adults and my 1 yr old granddaughter), and we had more than enough room... not even using some of the rooms, but capitalizing on separate spaces when we needed time away from each other. The house was extremely clean, super comfortable and amply stocked with all kinds of things anyone might need for a home away from home stay - including kitchen needs, extra bedding, games, books, several TV's, pool & ping pong tables, etc. I loved how everything was labeled making it easy to find things needed. The neighborhood was peacefully quiet, and the location was central to all our daily trips around Cape Cod. Tom was awesome to work with and answered all my questions that I pestered him with leading up to our week there. I've rented many vacation homes and felt really good about choosing this property for ourselves and our family. Everyone was very pleased, and if we travel back to the Cape again with our extended family, will definitely choose this as our first choice. show more show less

    Perfect Location in Cape Cod!

We have rented this home for the past two summers and are coming back this year. Note that I wrote home as this isn't a cottage! Full amenities, ample parking and a quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect for families or for groups of friends. Walking distance to a clean lake with calm water and great spots for fishing. A quick 10 minute drive to Red River Beach or restaurants in Chatham or Harwich. A day trip to to PTown is about an hour drive and always worth the trip. The house is very clean and organized. Plenty of room for everyone with two living rooms, the pool table and ping pong table in the basement rec room and an eat in kitchen. The owners are easy to work with and respond quickly. A highly recommended rental in the Cape! show more show less

Tom and Dan took their first of many yearly trips to Cape Cod with their parents over 40 years ago. After having children, the brothers decided to buy a vacation home of their own so they could continue their tradition of family fun at the Cape.

Tom and Dan bought their home from a couple who raised their family in it and kept it well-maintained. They knew it would be a good vacation home based on its size, layout, and location. The Great Sand Lakes Association in Harwich is a peaceful and friendly neighborhood, but it is central to everything the Cape has to offer.

What is special about this property?
The home's two family rooms, back deck, and game room allow everyone to spread out and enjoy different activities. The central air system provides a welcome respite from the Cape's heat and humidity. The beach at Buck's Pond is within walking distance—it's great for children who want to play and swim and convenient for adults and teens who want to relax near the water, but remain close to home. The neighborhood streets are quiet and safe for walking and biking.

What is special about your town?
From great shops and restaurants in Harwich Center and Harwichport, to great beaches like Red River Beach, Harwich has it all. Harwich is also a great, central location on the Cape, only a few minute drive into Chatham, Orleans, Dennis, or Hyannis.
